With Simply Lit, their website was clear, giving good pictures and specs of each of their products. The process was all automated and I was invoiced over text and email. I was able to reserve, pay, and sign a contract all without interacting with anyone, which was a plus for me! I got the 3ft. RGB numbers and was allowed to pick up the day before my event and return 2 days after my event. The letters themselves were handmade and quality.
