The invoice was left in mailbox along with a complete inspection and was easy to pay through Venmo. The repair plan listed a $200 "trip charge" to drop off materials, but it wasn't itemized as part of the estimate total, and nowhere on the contract does it state that the total excludes this charge. This would lead any reasonable reader to believe this was already included in the total. After the job, the front office insisted it was an additional charge and claimed they had explained it verbally, even suggesting that I was the one acting in bad faith to find a loophole to get out of paying it. I appreciate good workmanship, and they delivered that. But transparent pricing matters, and the front office fell short. If you choose this company, make sure every fee is clearly broken out so there are no surprises after the work is done.

I highly recommend Firebrand Roofing and owner Boaz Clark!…read more Boaz has worked with both my home in Chamblee and my mother's home in Madison, Georgia, and I couldn't be more impressed with the level of service he provides. At my mother's home, he went above and beyond by meeting with the insurance adjuster multiple times, documenting the hail damage with excellent photos, and advocating tirelessly to help get the roof approved for insurance coverage. His knowledge of the claims process and willingness to fight for his customers truly set him apart. At my home, Boaz inspected my roof, provided fair and detailed quotes for chimney repairs, deck staining, and roof washing, which we'll be moving forward with this fall. While he was already on the roof, he even took the time to perform a complimentary service by blowing leaves and debris out of the roof valleys around the chimney. That kind of attention to detail and customer care is rare. Boaz and the entire Firebrand Roofing team are professional, responsive, honest, and genuinely care about their customers. They show up when they say they will, communicate clearly, and do the little things that make a big difference.
