The traffic areas were poorly done and the furniture had not been moved and overall a bad job and we were charged 134.00 over the quote. So I complained and they sent out a different crew and they did a great job. So if at first you don't succeed try try again. I will use them again.

I, at one point, attempted to clean with a toothbrush peroxide and baking soda but soon discovered this would take probably three months. I called Brad and received a response the next business day, and he was able to get me in that same week. I can't tell you how pleased I am with how clean the grout looks now. The pictures are the proof of which I speak. The first two photos are before and the last two are after and I'm almost embarrassed to publish them but I do not keep a dirty house.
