Well, things didn't start out well when I had to call at 12:15 to ask if they were still coming. Whitney advised me the tech was running about an hour late. I said ok, but that maybe she could have called me to give me a "heads up". Well, at 1:38 I called again asking about the status of the service I ordered. I let her know that I was trying not to be mad, but her lack of communication did not leave me feeling confident about the service. She told me the tech was pulling in as we speak. 15 minutes later the tech called me and we realized the company had given the tech the wrong address so he was NOT at my house. At this point I texted him my address and then called Whitney back I was livid! What kind of company is this and their operations stink!!!! Not only did I not get any update on the tardiness of the tech, but they couldn't even provide him the right address. Then Michael showed up. Let me say - this respectful man saved their business. He was courteous, apologetic, professional but most of all - he was good at his job. I have a large sectional couch that was souled pretty significantly by a sick animal my couch is white at that... Michael evaluated the situation, got to work (with a smile and great attitude) and took care of business!!!! I would totally hire them again if I could be certain Michael was the technician coming to do the work. As for the operational side of the business- it needs a little help. But lucky for them, they have an employee like Michael.

5/24 only 1 room and I moved all the furniture before the tech arrived…read more Need cleaning, deodorized, and protected. Online confirmation quoted $95.00 for all 3 services for one room. Tech immediately told me that the price was too low and that if I wanted the protection it would be another $40.00. I was not happy. I told him just clean and deodorize. I did not smell any cleaning deodorizer or carpet shampoo. He was in and out in 15 min. The carpet still smelled like the dogs. I'll just go to the grocery and rent their carpet cleaner. BUT I WANT MY $95.00 BACK! I paid the bill online about an hour later. And, then my credit card was hacked and $1000s of dollars in charges from all sorts of places were on my account. Luckily my credit card company froze my account and I veried which charges were mine. (several days before 5/24 - none on 5/24 other than carpet cleaning and only one on 5/26).

The ink felt could not be reached with out cutting the carpet so Michael came up with a very unorthodox solution to solve the problem. Michael suspended the area and cleaned it. I, at one point, attempted to clean with a toothbrush peroxide and baking soda but soon discovered this would take probably three months. I called Brad and received a response the next business day, and he was able to get me in that same week. I can't tell you how pleased I am with how clean the grout looks now. The pictures are the proof of which I speak. The first two photos are before and the last two are after and I'm almost embarrassed to publish them but I do not keep a dirty house.
