Well, things didn't start out well when I had to call at 12:15 to ask if they were still coming. Whitney advised me the tech was running about an hour late. I said ok, but that maybe she could have called me to give me a "heads up". Well, at 1:38 I called again asking about the status of the service I ordered. I let her know that I was trying not to be mad, but her lack of communication did not leave me feeling confident about the service. She told me the tech was pulling in as we speak. 15 minutes later the tech called me and we realized the company had given the tech the wrong address so he was NOT at my house. At this point I texted him my address and then called Whitney back I was livid! What kind of company is this and their operations stink!!!! Not only did I not get any update on the tardiness of the tech, but they couldn't even provide him the right address. Then Michael showed up. Let me say - this respectful man saved their business. He was courteous, apologetic, professional but most of all - he was good at his job. I have a large sectional couch that was souled pretty significantly by a sick animal my couch is white at that... Michael evaluated the situation, got to work (with a smile and great attitude) and took care of business!!!! I would totally hire them again if I could be certain Michael was the technician coming to do the work. As for the operational side of the business- it needs a little help. But lucky for them, they have an employee like Michael.

Tech immediately told me that the price was too low and that if I wanted the protection it would be another $40.00. I was not happy. I told him just clean and deodorize. I did not smell any cleaning deodorizer or carpet shampoo. He was in and out in 15 min. The carpet still smelled like the dogs. I'll just go to the grocery and rent their carpet cleaner. BUT I WANT MY $95.00 BACK! I paid the bill online about an hour later. And, then my credit card was hacked and $1000s of dollars in charges from all sorts of places were on my account. Luckily my credit card company froze my account and I veried which charges were mine. (several days before 5/24 - none on 5/24 other than carpet cleaning and only one on 5/26).

I wanted to give them a chance despite having no prior reviews, but unfortunately my experience explains why. I hired them to paint and clean my property. The painting was decent overall, though several areas were missed and needed touch-ups. The cleaning, however, was poorly done. Throughout the project, there were repeated delays with both the cleaning and painting repairs. I remained patient and flexible, working around their schedule. Trusting that only a few minor items remained, I made the mistake of paying before everything was fully completed. After they left, the property was in worse condition in several areas. There were paint footprints, dirt on floors and carpet, and the fridge, kitchen, and bathrooms were not cleaned as agreed. They also left behind additional dirt that was not there prior to their work and did not return to clean it up. I reached out multiple times to schedule completion of the remaining items and received nothing but the runaround. With tenants scheduled to move in, I had no choice but to hire another cleaner to finish the job and clean up the mess they left behind. If you choose to use this company, proceed with caution and do not make final payment until you have thoroughly inspected the property and confirmed that all work is 100% complete. Do not rely on promises to return and finish later.
