WOW! I can't believe no one has reviewed Gordons. Let me just say, I've known about Gordons…read moreCleaners all my life but had never used their services. I am glad I FINALLY gave them a try. Almost 8 years ago I used a "chain" dry cleaners (who will remain nameless) to steam my wedding veil. The day of my wedding when I went to pick it up had a large hole in it. I was furious. After that experience, I never used other dry cleaners from that day on, until now. Fast forward... I looked all on FB to see what other cleaners were out there and I saw how limited with local cleaners. I knew I did not want to use another chain, so I thought about Gordon's but was still hesitant even though I knew they had been around even before I was born. I asked someone if they had ever used them and they gave a thumbs up. I sent a clothing item to be dry cleaned only. It had spots and stains that needed to be removed as well. I picked it up a couple of days later and it looked like new. I decided to send something else down there to be dry cleaned and it came back crisp. I have no complaints and I fully trust that Gordons WILL get the job done whenever I need something dry cleaned. They were prompt. The price was very reasonable (which I was surprised by), and they fulfilled my request. I can see why they have been around for as long as they have been and I honestly feel like I have been missing out. I will continue using their services because I support local, especially when they actually are as good as they say they are. Hats off to Gordons Cleaners! My one and only place to get my clothing dry cleaned! Definitely, recommend!

After waiting for some time I lightly tapped my horn to let him know I was there. The person in front of me drove off and this employee went into a full rage. Angry and cursing that I interrupted his conversation, he angrily put my dry cleaned items in the back seat, slammed the door close and continued cursing in a full rage. I paid for the items, obtained a receipt and drove away. A less calm person might have engaged with him differently, particularly after having their car door slammed. This business isn't paying attention whose handling their customers. There are plenty alternatives nearby. Needless to say, they'll never get another dime from me.

I'm giving Champion two stars because of its employees who were always pleasant and helpful…read more In March 2019 I brought in a cashmere sweater for its first cleaning. It was a Valentines gift. When I put it on to wear it post-cleaning it was comically small, as if it had been laundered and not dry cleaned. In short, after three trips to the cleaners to try and get reimbursement for their error, I finally got a check mailed to me for the cost of the sweater. Sheila, the owner, was very rude and condescending during every exchange I had with her, demanding I come in and try the sweater on for her (no), telling me it was an "old" sweater, (also, no), and insisting that it would be easier for me to pick up the check than it would be for her to mail it. Done.
