A couple of dryers were labeled inop & unfortunately some slob filled a 40-lb washer with white dog hair (I'm talking CLUMPS of it - I love dogs but please don't do that nastiness in a public machine!). Sometimes they will need to come out first to assess what you need to have done so the job can be properly quoted. Every man I've worked with has been extremely polite and attentive to whatever my needs were and they got the job done quickly and efficiently. This is a black-owned small business. So far, I have had two small jobs done where they moved a few pieces of furniture for me. They executed both jobs with precision and care. They handled my furniture with white-glove treatment and took particular protection of my items, which is definitely what counts. Though their small company doesn't have all the flashy-painted new trucks with all the bells and whistles, they do have a pick-up truck to load and deliver your items. I was impressed with how particularly attentive they are to their customer's needs and scheduling. Both times the job price was reasonable and easy. Tech immediately told me that the price was too low and that if I wanted the protection it would be another $40.00. I was not happy. I told him just clean and deodorize. I did not smell any cleaning deodorizer or carpet shampoo. He was in and out in 15 min. The carpet still smelled like the dogs. I'll just go to the grocery and rent their carpet cleaner. BUT I WANT MY $95.00 BACK! I paid the bill online about an hour later. And, then my credit card was hacked and $1000s of dollars in charges from all sorts of places were on my account. Luckily my credit card company froze my account and I veried which charges were mine. (several days before 5/24 - none on 5/24 other than carpet cleaning and only one on 5/26).

Plenty of working washing machines ranging from $4-11 and dryers are $1 for I think 13 or 15 minutes. I typically only use the laundromats to wash my bedding for the house. Very well lit, tidy, cleanish restroom, on site ATM, coin and card operated machines, which is super convenient. Vending machines for a light snack while you wait along with arcade games and laundry detergents. Everything is pretty cost effective, detergent and fabrics softener $1.25, vending machines $1, arcade games $1. Oh and 24/7 video surveillance. Can't beat it with a stick
