The installer refused to come back out and ignored the work order written by the Ringgold office workers. Now it sounds like a great company and the You Tube videos are impressive but the back log is more about the industry's lack of repair shops. If something happens to your RV and you no longer have it they will not return your deposit for any reason. The deposit is not about getting in line but keeping your cash (which is all they will accept) regardless. They also include language restricting any disputes to arbitration. They are restricting anyone from simply going through small claims court if that is legal. Arbitration is not cheap and the average consumer has no idea how that process works.
