We used cross cabinets for our kitchen and bathrooms in 2016. Nancy seemed excited about the project and was very professional as we planned, and in getting the cabinets done and installed.
Once the cabinets were installed, Nancy has not wanted to stand behind her product at all, even though she told me that we could call her for anything over the life of the cabinets! I have had multiple cabinet issues. Initially I had to call her multiple times to see if she would send someone out to fix a broken cabinet hinge. She reluctantly sent someone after numerous calls and after making me feel that she was totally inconvenienced by it. I then had to call again multiple times to request someone come out to fix my trash cabinet that broke. She finally sent someone but was very rude over the phone implying that my family was causing these issues and seemed totally annoyed that I would request such a thing! Once the person came to repair the issue, I questioned him on what broke and he totally implied that the issue was not something we caused. Lastly, the cabinets are pewter stained. They have spots that need to be touched up. I asked nancy for a touch up pen for months. She finally sent one and it was completely dried up. Needless to say, I did not ask her for another one as I was exhausted by then.
I wish nancy would have been easier to work with and cared to stand behind her product! My children are preteens and teens. Nobody in our family was especially hard on our cabinets besides the fact that it is the most used room in any family! read more
