The roof has leaked ever since. That was about 4 years ago. He did try to repair the leaks, many times to no avail. He finally sent a roofing contractor to look at it, he also tried to repair the leaks but could not. Daniel, the roofing contractor told me the roofing was installed incorrectly. When I told Mr. Powell that Daniel said this, he implied I was not being truthful, I was. He has refused to replace it. So we have to pay for a new roof after giving him numerous opportunities to fix it. I think I have been more than patient. Living with a leaking roof for 4 years.
