I was told to just unplug cables, cords and they would move the big stuff and clean the carpet under the couch/coffee table etc... The traffic areas were poorly done and the furniture had not been moved and overall a bad job and we were charged 134.00 over the quote. So I complained and they sent out a different crew and they did a great job. So if at first you don't succeed try try again. I will use them again.

I have always been very pleased with the service I have received on my carpet cleaning. The tile in…read moremy kitchen and dining room were looking quite grungy with the grout being dirty. I, at one point, attempted to clean with a toothbrush peroxide and baking soda but soon discovered this would take probably three months. I called Brad and received a response the next business day, and he was able to get me in that same week. I can't tell you how pleased I am with how clean the grout looks now. The pictures are the proof of which I speak. The first two photos are before and the last two are after and I'm almost embarrassed to publish them but I do not keep a dirty house.
