Really great crew. Answered phone, easy going, knows their stuff, very pleasurable experience and charge was reasonable. Installed new dishwasher. Some issues that were handled easily. read more

We recently had a major blockage in our main sewer line under our house that clogged all 3 bathrooms, the kitchen sink/dishwasher, laundry room, etc. Going underneath the house we discovered that the main sewer line of old cast iron was also corroded to a point that it was likely to burst - this was now a much bigger job than just clearing the line with a snake - it was going to mean replacing the entire main sewer line from under the house, under the foundation footer and out to the exterior clean-out. We have used a very good drain plumber for years for minor work but we could not reach him just before New Year's Eve and weren't sure he had the resources to do this job anyway. We don't like taking a risk with someone unknown and tend to avoid the major companies due to poor past experiences - so we turned to Yelp. Reviewing all Yelp references we found what seemed to be the top rated local plumber in Marin County - with 38 Yelp reviews and 38 top ratings, we called Lemeki at DripTech. He and one of his staff were at our house in about 90 minutes and did a thorough exam of our problem and came to the same conclusion - we had a main sewer line under the house that was completely clogged and severely corroded and had to be replaced. With the next day being New Year's Eve - we felt we needed a short term fix and not try to replace the line until after the Holidays. We didn't like that idea, but it seemed to be the most reasonable. As a better solution, Lemeki offered to bring in a team early the next day (New Year's Eve) and do the whole job before the end of the day. We discussed the costs and concluded the his price was fair and he was not taking advantage of our predicament. He and his Team were there the next morning and began the job - they ran into some other unexpected problems with the piping outside of the house but went ahead and fixed that too without charging any extra. They were done ahead of time and did a terrific job. We like owner-operated companies as a rule and DripTech did not disappoint us there. This is a first-rate plumbing company with a straightforward honest owner, fair and competitive pricing, total customer-focus, and we highly recommend them. read more

Lemeki and his crew just re-did all my plumbing and put in new tankless water heater. What a nice experience. They were polite, friendly, did great work and made my budget work. I don't normally take time out to write Yelp reviews but for this I think it's valid. Sweet and decent people. Hard working and a lot of integrity. read more

Fast, friendly and affordable service! I called Lumeki on a Sunday morning and made an appointment to clear a clogged drain, and he came by exactly on time, fixed the problem promptly, recommended a permanent solution and then charged me a minimal fee. I will definitely use his services again when it's time to replace the toilet or do any other plumbing work. I'm impressed. read more

We have hot water again, hooray! Outstanding service from the friendly and straightforward Lemecki. Our hot water heater gave up the ghost and we were referred to Drip Tech by our regular plumber who was too busy to come out this week. These guys stepped into the breach and squeezed us in today, installing a new hot water heater with minimum fuss and mess etc, and at at full $700 less than we were quoted by Benjamin Franklin. Yes, $700. I know BF is an excellent company with top notch employees etc and have the overhead that big companies have, but all the same that is one hell of a difference in price for the exact same thing. Major bonus is Lemecki's wonderful personality which makes him a pleasure to do business with. Highly recommended! read more

Another save by Lemeki of Driptech Solutions. After calling several plumbing companies, Lemeki was the only one who could get the job done today. He arrived after finishing a job in San Francisco, got right on our kitchen clog and was gone in less than an hour - problem solved! Not only was he knowledgeable and efficient, but his personality is delightful. read more

I called regarding our kitchen sink leak Saturday morning after trying our regular plumbing company who gave me a Monday morning appointment. Lemeki let me know when to expect him and fixed the problem within 2.5 hours after I made the call. Five stars for service and the more than fair price on a Saturday. We will use Driptech Plumbing from now on. read more

Drip tech came right out to fix a water leak over the weekend, and was very professional in solving a very difficult problem with a rusted out connection from the water meter. They also were very responsive in solving another sprinkler system problem involving some tricky water pressure by measuring then installing a water restrictor. I would highly recommend them! Finding a good, honest plumber when you have a problem is stressful. Look no further because Driptech is the answer. Lamecki came to my house in the evening and was very quick with the job and fair with the pricing. Good, fast and affordable is hard to find these days. He even let me watch over him as he did his work. read more

Bought a $750 Groe kitchen faucet...after $275 to install....they had to return twice to "repair".....including a $56 dollar charge for a washer the size of a dime. A shame a local service provider doesn't have the sense to u ser stand the power of word of mouth. They lost our business, and will definitely not recommend. Called 3 times for an explanation of their last charges - and went unanswered. read more

Beware of this company! I read the reviews at the top of the list, too bad i did not read all the way to the bottom to see the awful ratings. This company is substandard. Terrible workmanship and a complete rip off. I had to have the job they did completely redone. When it was redone it cost less than they charged me, and the new company used all new parts rather than re-using old ones. read more

I am using my wife's account to write this review. We had such a fantastic experience with Will from Driptech. We originally called Petersen plumbing to come out and service our sub pump as we just bought the house and wanted to make sure everything was okay. At first Petersen said we needed an alarm, but I looked in the utility room and found it. The plumber was surprised it was there but let's just say it was an honest mistake as we cancelled the new alarm install. Petersen then said he had to clean out the area below as there was a lot of debris. He had a few issues but finally was able to fix the issue and the alarm, which we recently found, no longer went off. The alarm started going off on Thursday (2 days later) and when we called them back Petersen said they did not have anyone available but could send someone out Monday. Sorry, but this was just not something that could wait. My wife then called Driptech who come out later that day on Thursday and after reviewing the issue thought we would be fine for the evening but scheduled to come back first thing Friday. Will from Driptech quickly diagnosed the problem on Friday and told us we did not need a new pump as the existing one could last another 10 years. He also said there was a fair amount of debris there which obviously was not cleaned out by Petersen. Petersen called us Friday morning to tell us they ordered the new pump and could install on Monday which we declined. In summary, Will from Driptech is experienced, hardworking, honest, professional and very personable. There is no way I would choose anyone else for any plumbing jobs and Driptech is available 24/7. Thank goodness we found them! Awesome! read more

Awful, awful experience. This business owner is not trustworthy. He installed a tankless water heater for us but did not tell us that would require a hole in the side of our house. He replaced it - after much back and forth - with a significantly cheaper tank water heater. However, he never refunded the difference. Buyer beware. read more

My elderly dad has dementia and over-stuffed his toilet with toilet paper tonight. I spent 1/2 hour trying to unclog it, dreading having to find a plumber who works on Saturday evenings. After reading Driptech's glowing reviews on yelp, I called and was surprised that he answered. He was on a job in Santa Rosa, but told me he could come in 1 1/2 hours-which he did. He worked a miracle and I am so GRATEFUL that I found such a professional, reliable plumber! read more

Came out in 35 minutes and did a great job! Very reliable-couldn't be more satisfied especially after dealing with other plumbers today!!!

We couldn't be more satisfied with Driptech -- their knowledge, work ethic, and friendliness are fantastic! We had to upgrade appliances (washer/dryer) which required us to relocate all of the inputs, outputs, etc., as well as deal with water-hammer. Lemecki came out to take a look and discuss options, sent us a fair quote, and set us up with Gabriel to come out to do the work. The completed job is top-notch and Gabriel was very friendly and left a very clean work site. We're very impressed and won't hesitate to use Driptech again if the need arises. Thanks Lemecki and Gabriel!! read more

A pleasure to work with. I reached out one afternoon, they came and completed their work the very next day. The process took longer than expected and included an additional worker, but at no point did they attempt to increase the charge. They were great to work with and I will be calling them for future jobs. read more

I called Driptech Plumbing Solutions before 7:00 am on a Friday morning hoping the company might be able to squeeze me in before 12 noon. The owner, Lemeki, called me back before 8:00am and arrived at my doorstep at 9:00am. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and he was able to fix the leaking toilet within a short period of time. His rates seem very reasonable and I will definitely use Driptech the next time I have a plumbing problem. read more

My experience with Lemeki, proprietor of Driptech, is very positive. He was responsive, skilled, reliable, and reasonable. After calling him twice to fix a recurring problem with our kitchen sink, he showed me how to fix the problem myself, so I wouldn't have to keep calling him. I will keep calling him, but not for that particular problem. read more

Lemeki was terrific! He responded quickly to my night time call for help with my tankless water heater, he was thorough, experienced and pleasant. Most importantly, he was able to trouble shoot and fix the problem. I am happy to recommend him. read more

I can highly recommend Lemeki as a plumber. Last week I called a client to confirm our appointment for the next day at her house. She warned me that her toilets were not working. I gave her Lemeki's number and when I arrived at her house the next day, everything was working perfectly . She told me how Lemeki helped her immediately and did a great job. read more

I think I've finally found my go to plumber. I called on a weeknight at 9pm for a backed up kitchen sink. They responded immediately and promptly showed up to fix it. I had them back for some pipe replacements shortly thereafter. Dependable, honest, friendly, comparable prices. read more

Five stars for Driptech Plumbing! When my water heater failed Driptech came to the rescue right away. This small but mighty local plumbing contractor specializes in customer service. They ordered the replacement heater I needed and installed it the next day. The service was prompt and professional. And the owner personally followed up to make sure all was working well. A great resource for all of Marin. Thanks, Lemeki! read more

I called Drip Tech at 8:30 on a Sunday evening - by 9:30 the repair tech was at my house and fixing my water heater. He was kind, effecient and shared good information with us about tankless sytems. He was very knowledgable. What a wonderful resource to have in Marin County. read more

Over Labor Day weekend, I had what I thought was a backed up line that needed to be snaked. Not good timing! I called several plumbers, and included DripTech because of their good reviews on Yelp. Lemeke picked up the phone right away, and promptly met me at the property. Other plumbers - no response or a call back 5-6 hours later. What I thought was a fairly straight forward job turned into something much bigger - a major part of the sewer line needed to be replaced , as it had collapsed and other parts hat root intrusion. Lemeke showed me where it was happening and was able to get the job completed over Labor Day weekend. He was prompt, courteous and professional. Only a minor hiccup at the end, when the old pipe was not removed initially - but that was taken care of after one request. Highly recommend. read more

I would give Lemeki and his crew zero stars if I could. A year or so ago, I hired this man to install a tankless water heater in our large home. He convinced us we needed two because of the size of the home. It has been a disaster! Many thousands of dollars wasted. I am filing a complaint with the BBB and may go further as he scammed me out of $7500. I am also calling the tankless manufacturer, Navien, so they decertify him as an installer. I am left with a beautiful home with a completely dysfunctional water heating system. Comes out cold forever, finally gets too hot, then returns to cold in the middle of a shower and won't heat up. All showers and faucets in the house behave differently. I began calling him a few months ago and he never came personally. Has ignored all my messages. Once called back and said he was out of town, but would come by when he got back. Never did. Do not hire this company. read more

I had the opposite experience with Lemeki and his team. I called him to replace a faucet which he estimated would take two hours. It took him 40 minutes but he still charged me $175. Despite this I called him again to put a pressure regulator valve on our home. We also had a clogged sink that we wanted him to open as well. He opened the sink one day and said he would come back the next for the valve. The guy who actually did the work the next day was great but when Lemeki came back to give me the bill his charge was almost 50% more than the estimate. I understand if something had gone wrong but nothing had. When I questioned the extra money he had no satisfactory answer. I wrote the check for the requested amount but stated that I would not be using him again. He became angry and left the check behind. He later called to say that he had billed me for four hours but the work was only for three. Still an unpleasant experience overall. Felt like he was intentionally cheating. No attention to detail and lousy customer service. read more
