how about an updated menu...

picking up a box of assorted donuts from drippin donuts is a special treat when i'm in the area. i usually just let them choose what to pack the box with. i have never actually been inside either, not sure if you can go inside! lol! i've always gone through the drivethru. donuts are always fresh and tasty. service has always been fast and friendly.

A cute little donut store on 290. The store offers a drive thru as well. We went on a Sunday mid morning and the place was busy but the line was moving fast. We tried the donuts as well as kolaches. The donuts were delicious - fresh, soft, and just the right amount of sweet. They had a few different fillings for jelly donuts as well. The kolaches were good - they make for a nice snack. The staff was friendly and offered speedy service.

Jelly filled donuts, glazed donuts, a cinnamon sugar donut, and an old fashioned donut

Saw this donut shop while driving and went back for breakfast. The donuts were SO good! The Old Fashioned was our favorite. Their croissant sandwiches were pretty good but definitely go for the donuts. They have a drive through, which is cool or you can go inside. Highly recommend!

Don't even want to give one star but you can't do less than that. Unprofessional service, only half of what I needed to order was available, I was rushed to place my order, yes I know they are busy but I wasn't even allowed to finish saying what I wanted to order before being asked and interrupted with "what else?" literally as I listed each item for my order. To put the icing on the donut... I get home and Reed finds this piece of plastic in a donut he was about to eat. Thank you for an awesome experience Drippin Donuts but I will NOT be coming back to your establishment again. I pray you guys figure out a better system soon

I've never been to the actual store but my coworker brings them in and they are the best I've ever had. Very light and fluffy.

New donut place in Drippin! New donut place in Drippin! Alright, so we celebrate the small things out here in the country. Its not like were gonna get a Krispy Kreme anytime soon. I found out that they were open last Saturday when I arrived to what was left of a dozen glazed when I got to work. I had already eaten breakfast so I decided I would just split one with a coworker. 5 donuts later.... So we went a tad overboard. Its a big store where I work; but we managed to polish off 4 dozen in three hours. The glazed are awesome, chocolate ,creme filled, blueberry and frosted blueberry, and cake. The comments ranged from WAY better than Round Rock and Krispy Kreme; to just as good as. I made my Yelp grand entrance a few days after writing this review. The Kolaches are good as well as every donut I've tasted. The staff was friendly even with all of Hays County either hitting the drive thru window or waiting at the counter. A worthy breakfast spot in our neck of the woods. Ol Rooster tore that donut hole an new one!

I can say the ambiance is wonderful. It is a beautiful place. Our previous attending and food choices/selections were fantastic. In preparation for, since two had not been there, I pointed them to the online menu. First mistake, the menu is old and requires update. I think if I had known that I would not have made Tilley's an option. The prices of everything were pretty high. And based on the food we selected, most was not worth the cost. One order included Short Rib Pasta with a thin pasta as tagliolini. Instead, I receive a pulled pork with a very thick pasta. I did not care for it. I like thin pasta. Pictures display what was provided and a typical Northern Italy dish of tagliolini. Because I am not certain of the plate names, I can only comment as to what our group had to say. And of course, the menu online is still not up to date. Steak Frites. The steak was a little tough and cold. It did not really have a real flavor. It was accompanied by fries that were not tasty at all. Thank God for ketchup. House made Focaccia, as an appetizer, was a good size that could be shared among the 4 of us. Make sure to ask for extra butter because they only provide a small container. As big as it is and 4 adults, you would think they would automatically provide enough butter for each. The night was so busy that when we finally did ask and got it, the bread was already cold. The lemon brick chicken was another favorite dish in our group. It was tasty. The best dish was the fish (cod). It was superb, since we were disappointed in our own meals, we were fortunate the birthday girl shared with us. The fish was cooked excellent. Let me summarize by saying that based on prices, staff, and time for food to come to us, it wasn't worth it. I think a better choice would have been Trattoria Lisina in Driftwood where you don't have to pay for the bread and staff is always there to take care of you and get the food to you in a more expeditious fashion. Fortunately, Tilley's is beautiful therefore the surroundings make time go by a little quicker. I did send a similar note to Tilley's, but they did not respond.

I placed the order by email a couple weeks in advance and was told that someone would contact me for payment. No one did, and I called twice before someone actually took payment over the phone. She totaled it wrong when I questioned the high amount, then recalculated and came up with the right price. I was asked if I wanted to leave a tip for the bakers, I said I would leave a cash tip when I picked up the pies. Apparently she didn't understand that, because when I came to pick up there was already a 25% tip added on, which I thought was rude. Every single pie (we ordered 4) had the driest crust and was hard to cut, even with a sharp kitchen knife. I ordered pies because I was on a tight time crunch with a lot of guests and thought it would save time. Hardly anyone took more than a couple bites and it was very embarrassing because I had hyped up the local bakery so much. They were pricey and not worth it at all. Every interaction with the bakery from the time of order to pick up was terrible. We are so burnt on this experience that we won't be coming back here during the rest of the year anymore. We trusted Thyme and Dough with a special holiday meal and it was ruined. It won't happen again.

I love these seats cause you can see the coffee station and what's going on back there. Basically people watching. It was a little loud today, so I put on my head set and listened to some music. My server was Joyce and she was sweet. Took my order, which was breakfast tacos and a pineapple mimosa. My drink came super quick, and my food didn't take long at all. I mean like a couple minutes quick. Tacos were outstanding. And honestly as soon as I asked for a corn tortilla over the flour I thought, they're going to fall apart. But they didn't. And when you see the size of these tacos it will blow your mind that they didn't. Good corn tortilla. Scrambled eggs are fluffy, the potatoes are seasoned a little. They added bacon for me a that was chopped up inside the taco. Honestly it was a lot of food. I knew I wouldn't be able to finish it. But I did, and enjoyed every bite.

They kept the nautical theme throughout the restaurant, which you really notice from the bar area where I sat. Service was friendly and very attentive even on a slow Sunday although though I'm guessing this location might be more of a dinner spot. There's plenty of seating both downstairs and upstairs, which makes it a good option for larger groups. As for the food I went with the Connecticut-style lobster roll since it was a warm afternoon, but the menu offers a solid variety of seafood and non-seafood options along with some delicious desserts like the key lime pie which I also got to try. Prices are definitely on the higher side as expected with quality seafood, but I had a coupon that helped offset the cost. I can't say I'd come here regularly because of the price point, but if I'm in the area and craving seafood this would easily be my go-to place.

As someone…read morewith celiac disease, it is SO rare to find a place that is not only completely gluten free, but actually tastes incredible too. We ordered a variety of items to share as a family including tacos, pizza, chicken and waffles, pastries, and drinks. Everything was packed with flavor. The pastries especially shocked me in the best way possible. The cinnamon roll was fluffy, soft, flavorful, and honestly one of the best gluten free pastries I've ever had. Most gluten free pastries I've tried elsewhere are dry, hard, crumbly, or taste like cake, but here they really perfected their recipes. You can tell they put a lot of time and care into the food. The oatmeal cream pie was TO DIE FOR. Probably one of my favorite things we tried. It was soft, sweet, flavorful, and did not taste "gluten free" at all. The yuzu citrus galette was also SO good and had such a fresh citrus flavor without being overpowering. Honestly all three pastries were amazing and I genuinely wish I could've ordered another round of all of them to go in like a 12-pack I also loved that they offered vegan crema and vegan cheese options. They even had a few GF & DF pastry options which I appreciated because those are honestly hard to find. A lot of their pastries also use alternative milks and it seemed like butter was the main dairy ingredient in many of them. I definitely hit the trifecta with gluten, dairy, and eggs lol, so eating out can sometimes be difficult. Finding truly gluten free places anywhere is honestly pretty rare, so when you find somewhere that is both safe and actually delicious, it feels amazing. I always carry Lactaid, Benadryl, and my EpiPen just in case. Thankfully my egg allergy is mild, but you never know. Let's just say everything looked way too good not to try and honestly... worth it. The BBQ chicken pizza was really good and the crust itself had great texture and flavor. It was on the thicker side, so I personally think a little more topping would balance it out better because sometimes it tasted a little more bread-heavy than BBQ chicken, but overall still delicious. The chicken and waffles were SO good too. They use plantain to crust the chicken which was honestly really unique and flavorful. I only had a bite to try it though because I unfortunately also have a mild banana allergy but like I said... I keep that thang on me lol. The only thing I personally would not order again was the Strawberry Matcha drink. It did not taste like a traditional matcha to me. I expected more matcha flavor, but mostly tasted coconut and strawberry foam. It just wasn't for me, but I would definitely come back to try their other drinks and refreshers because they have some really unique options. The menu itself is HUGE. They have breakfast, pizzas, sandwiches, lunch specials, pastries, cocktails, coffee drinks, and more. The location is kind of hidden but so worth finding. They even have a drive-thru. The inside is super cute with earthy, cozy, chill vibes and the patio/outdoor area was very well maintained. The staff was also incredibly kind and attentive. They constantly checked in, answered all our questions, and made the experience even better. I seriously wish a place like this existed near my house in California because I would absolutely be here all the time. This place is honestly a gluten free dream. If I'm ever back in Texas again, I'm absolutely coming back.

Ordering was a little confusing as it wasn't clear where the line forms for ordering. They offer a large selection of coffee drinks, pastries, soups, sandwiches, and alcoholic drinks. What I also loved was their selection of lesser known bottled drinks such as their sea moss-infused coconut water, which was awesome! The service was fast and friendly, the food and drinks were super tasty....I'll definitely be back!

She gave us menus and took our drink order. When she brought us our waters she took our order. To start we shared some onion rings and nachos. The onion rings were delicious. The interior onion was sweet and the exterior batter was crispy. The nachos were tasty. The chips were thick and able to hold all of the ingredients and the chicken tinga was flavorful. For our main meal my son ordered the pepperoni pizza and loved it. My husband ordered the Fried Catfish Lunch. He enjoyed it and said the catfish was soft with a crispy, and light breaded exterior. He said that the hush puppies and fries were fine. I ordered the Meat Pizza which comes with Pepperoni, Ham, Bacon, and Sausage. The pizza was yummy.
