I heard so much praise about this place so I decided to try it. I went for an iced lavender latte and it was literally just iced coffee. No lavender at all. A few days later I decide to try their matcha. It's was so bad. It legit tasted like a knock off brand of oatmilk with overnight matcha that they whipped up last minute. After all the rave on TikTok, I couldn't wait to give it a try. My first order was a cold brew which tasted very watered down, while my second order was an oatmeal which I loved. I have now given this place two tries. Today I ordered the strawberry matcha and it was delicious. I would definitely return for that and again I ordered the oat meal, but this time it was very watery! Almost like water and milk with very little oats in it. During both visits, customer service was less than pleasant. I think the workers got carried away by the whole hype. Both times I greeted them, as I hadn't been. The first time, a gentleman was telling his coworker he would charge a customer double if they came back, while he was giving me my food, and the second time the girl seemed annoyed and forgot to give me any straws or utensils. Vanilla cold brew with vanilla cold foam has been my go to drink from here. However, the last few times they've managed to mess up a simple drink. I love supporting small businesses when I can. I've been to Drinx two separate times after hearing all the rave on Tiktok. First, I got the iced cafe con leche. I love how it wasn't too sweet but I do think it was missing something flavor wise. Then, I tried the iced lechera latte with cold foam. I LOVE adding foam to iced coffee and this was so good. I came about an hour before closing and everyone was super nice. They seem to enjoy working there. Drinx is more of grab and go spot but please try it if you can.
