My favorite Tahoe coffee shop has come to Reno!! They have a new location in South Reno as well but it's pretty far out of the way unless you live down there. This Midtown location is the prime spot for them to be! Parking can be tough here but there's street parking if you're willing to take a stroll. I came with my dog and they were so friendly towards him, allowing him on the patio and even inside as long as he was well-behaved. They have a great patio with some covered seating plus plenty of tables inside. The Purple Haze Latte and Pines Latte are always my go-to drinks, but they even had a specialty drink menu this time which was a fun addition. The coffees are "more sweet, less bitter" (their motto) which is what makes them one of my favorite coffee shops. Every drink I've tried has been amazing! They have some food options as well, some of which are more filling than a standard snack or pastry. I got their Prosciutto + Pistachio toast which was filling and delicious, especially the apricot jam! Now that the Midtown location is open, I'll definitely be back as one of their regulars.

Finally, Drink Coffee Do Stuff has opened their second location in Reno, this one is located in Midtown by the Center St roundabout. I went on opening day, where they were serving free coffee all day to customers. Understandably, it was packed and took us about an hour in line to order. Even though they'd been busy all morning, the staff was in extremely good spirits and super friendly. Everyone was working hard without letting any stress show. They were well staffed and it took less than 5 minutes for us to get our coffees after we placed our order. I ordered the Pines Latte and my friend ordered the Alpenglow Almond Latte from their Spring menu. Both ordered ice. Mine was a lot more flavorful than the Alpenglow Almond Latte, which my friend thought was a little bland. I do like that they have seasonal drinks so I can come back and experience something new throughout the year. This location is just as nice as their other Reno and Tahoe ones, with a common rustic theme. There are a few indoor and outdoor tables, which will be perfect to hang out this spring and summer. This is a great location in Midtown with good coffee and good staff.

I am beyond excited for this place to exist! I love it all, everything from the location to the name and menu items, the outdoor space, and indoor atmosphere. There's a really good amount of space. It's an all around great spot to hangout, grab a cup and a bite to start your day, or treat yourself in the middle of the day. It is very clean, and the staff are amazing. They're so nice and really helpful when it comes to needing suggestions on what to get. The specialty drinks we tried were sooooo good! I can't wait to try more specials in the future. I loved the almond and cinnamon in mine, and the pink velvet latte with coconut garnish and house made raspberry coconut syrup worked so well together with the espresso. Absolute 10/10. I don't see anyone being disappointed after leaving here. Much love to the staff and owners, you rock!

We went to their grand opening and it was a wonderful experience! The flavored coffee drinks were delicious. Very cool that you see the roasting area from the dining space. We had the opportunity to meet Nick one of the owners - he was so kind. Congrats on the new location!

Nice place, good and friendly service. The outdoor area has a good atmosphere. Came by with my coffee group.

I haven't had a mocha in awhile, so I got their Dark Chocolate Mocha. It was great. Dark chocolate flavor with creamy smoothness. A mellow place to hang out and do work or socialize. They also have roasted coffee, which I will try when I get home. Oh pastries, but I didn't get one. Plus cool merchandise.

I ordered their pine latte with breve milk and for all the herb flavors in it, it was subtle and really delicious.

I'm a huge fan of Coffeebar in general, so when I saw a location I had never known about or been to, I threw it straight into the map and headed over around 1 PM. It took me 2-3 laps around the block to realize this place was tucked in an alleyway. It's a true hidden gem. I almost gave up when I couldn't find it and the map directions didn't make much sense. This location is a small shop with only a little bit of seating indoors and a few tables outdoors. This is primarily the roasters location, so it's a great place to enjoy the freshest of coffee but also a great place to purchase beans. They had a very large selection of beans for purchase. They still offer a decent menu and a few snacks, though much smaller than the other location. My wife enjoyed a matcha and I enjoyed one of the exclusive roastery blends on drip. Both drinks were very good. The quality of the drip coffee was superior. I want to visit again and try a coffee flight. That's something I've always wanted to do. Overall, friendly staff, delicious coffee, and even though it's hard to find, this hidden gem is well worth the stop. Cheers!

Typical Menu but the employees make it feel special! I was encouraged to get the dirty chai and I was elated with it. Creamy and flavorful. The perfect sipping temperature. We walked up to the window and were greeted nicely by 2 staff members.. they explained their seasonal drink and answered any questions we had..they were both so nice. I got a warm chai with regular milk. Temp was good but it did lack flavor. I could barely taste anything like the Chai or cinnamon. My fiancee got their seasonal drink. It was a spin on Dubai chocolate but made with white chocolate. My fiancee LOVED it! I tried it too and it was pretty good. Im just happy she liked it. Cute place with good vibes and friendly staff. We will be coming back and I will be trying the chai again.

We looked the roastery up and drove over. Tim was such a nice and welcoming guy, and really takes pride in what he does. We bought a bunch of bags and filled up our carry-on and flew home with it. Fast forward to 2 years later, we hare happy Coffee of the Month subscribers and look forward to getting Tim's coffee in the mail. We've gifted the subscription to our friends and family too, and everyone loves it. Perfect for the coffee lover in your life. It would not be out of place in a three-Michelin-star dining room. He roasts every batch himself over a wood fire, feeding a beautiful old roaster with logs he chops by hand. His espresso blends are composed with a level of precision that feels almost synesthetic. Ask him what he is aiming for and he will describe the roast in shapes: how wide the base should be, whether it tapers or flares, how many sides the finished polygon has. I have stood there listening, fascinated, with no real idea what he is talking about, then tasted the cup and understood anyway. Important to know: this is not a coffee shop. There is no barista counter. It is a modest storefront and warehouse, and if you stop by you will likely see Tim at the roaster, stoking the fire. The aroma is arresting from the street. That wood fire imparts a signature note that sets his coffee apart. It does not turn smoky in the jerky sense. It reads as a gentle campfire thread running through the cup, adding warmth and dimension without heaviness. Since moving away from Reno I miss these beans enough that I cave and pay the shipping. If you order Priority Mail, the bags arrive right in the early sweet spot of their drinkability window, perfect for dialing in extraction. If you know your way around a grinder and an espresso machine, get these beans. Tim Curry is an amazing craftsman making world-class coffee, one hand-roasted batch at a time.

Plenty of seating. Plenty of mall parking, mid day, in between meal times. And too early to go to Zephyr's wine bar, lol. Open 7 days a week from 6am to 4pm. Service - Counter service. The customer in front of me took forever; she was very confused, it was probably her first time here also... No fault of the employee. The employee was nice, acknowledged me, apologized for the wait, and said bye to us as we were leaving. Price - $4, expensive, but that is the cost for quality. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success at this location since 2023 and with your other two locations. My other buddy is a regular customer.

Mango gelato tasted like straight mango puree in the best way, absolutely blew me away. We then had to try more. The chai gelato is actually insane, it's straight up like eating a chai latte (which they also have here, and are also fantastic, but best hot). The coffee gelato was a light coffee taste, absolutely fantastic but my least favorite of the bunch. Service was also very fast and kind, just wanted to make sure I pointed that out. They tend to play indie rock and older stuff like dinosaur jr which is exactly my vibe. It's like they made this coffee place for me. My usual go to is the white mocha at most places I go, and they do it the absolute best here. However their seasonal drinks are great too.
