I went to this place because I found the deal on Groupon. The deal was $75 for a full clean and I still have stains on my seats. Not to mention, they ruined the fabric on my seat, telling me "that's just the type of fabric it is, there's nothing we can do". I've had my car shampooed several times and I've never had this happen. There were spots missed that needed to be vacuumed and soap residue left on my car. I am beyond upset with my results and will never be going back to this place. read more

first of all this place is a waste of time. Do not buy a car from this place they are going to play you , Sergio the owner is not professional at all he is never there he told me to go get the car at 5pm we got there he wasn't there it's like he's trying to hide from us because he knows we know that he's trying to play us , he was saying we couldn't buy the car because my credit is bad and I owe money and my house is in debt but I called my bank and they told me that he was lying and none of it was true. Sergio is extremely unprofessional and I will make sure this will get around to everyone. They will trick you and try to play you.if your going to work at a dealership then make sure you do your job right. I was referred to this place by a coworker and couldn't be happier. I had a full detail and wax job performed on my truck and I was amazed at the job they did. When they were done my truck was cleaner than when I drove it off of the lot. They cleaned every inch of my truck including the undercarriage, truck bed, wheel wells, glove box, door storage compartments and AC vent. The list goes on and on. They conditioned all of the leather inside of the truck and every plastic piece on the outside of the truck. After the wax job the paint was as smooth as a babies bottom and dust and water would just glide right off of the paint for a couple of weeks after the wax job. I would night recommend this place to anyone thinking of getting their vehicle detailed and/or waxed. Just ask for Sergio and he will take great care of you! read more

Had high hopes for this place. I called on Friday and scheduled a car detailing service for my SUV for $135.00. They said they couldn't get me in until Monday morning at 9:00am. They said to be there at 9 sharp and that they would have the my car fully detailed (inside & out) by close of business. Monday came and I had my wife and little one follow-up me up to Dream's Auto Group in Sterling, VA. We arrived at ~9:05am and the shop was completely closed -- nobody in sight. At around 9:20am, an employee arrived carrying a mcdonalds bag, unlocked the shop and walked in. I proceeded to go in after him -- he gave me a dirty look like I wasn't supposed to be there. I told him I had a 9:00am appointment, and he shrugged and said he didn't know anything about it. I proceeded to tell him that I had a car detailing appointment at 9:00am -- he said the detail guy wasn't there and it wasn't his problem -- and then he subsequently turned his back and walked away into the shop. Unreal. I waited outside until 9:35am -- a few other guys showed up to the showed up between 9:20 and 9:35am and all of them shrugged me off and said they weren't the car detailers. Quite the customer service for Dream's Auto Group -- talk about being rude with zero customer service skills -- and not to mention it wasted my time and my wife's time driving up to this place. You're telling me they couldn't check my car in for the detailers? I would give this place ZERO stars if I could. Rude, Unfriendly, Stay Away! read more

I have been to dozens of detailers before and this was the first time I was not satisfied. A few things that can ensure I will never come back or recommend anyone go here: 1. Dropped my car off overnight and they don't have an overnight box for keys, highly unorganized and unprofessional. They don't even have a store sign, I had to ask people around the area for their location. Really shady stuff. 2. I asked to be called when they finished with my car so I knew when to come to pick it up and they never called. My car was supposed to be detailed at 8:30am and I never got a call. I called at 3:30pm to find out it was finished hours ago. Again, really unorganized and unprofessional. Every other detailer I have ever been to has called or notified me when my car was finished. 3. This is the BIGGEST reason I would never go to Dreams Auto Detail, came to pick up my car later that evening and like anyone else you'd inspect to make sure everything looks good. THERE WAS A CRACK IN MY WINDSHIELD!!! I originally came in the night before and already had 1 repaired crack on the left side of my windshield thanks to Safelite and when I picked it up there was a brand new crack on the right side!! Upon looking closer it clearly looks like something sharp had dropped onto my windshield because there was a piece that chipped out. I have no idea what happened but when I called the manager "Sergio" he told me it wasn't his responsibility and he blamed it on the weather...Seriously, I understand accidents happen but own up to it, fortunately my insurance should cover the repair because it's smaller than a quarter but I think any good business owner would apologize and take responsibility if repairs had to go beyond that. There's plenty of other reasons this detailer is not worth going to, all of my interior and floor mats were still soaked when I picked it up, the cleaner they used inside has a strong chemical smell, it doesn't smell pleasant at all, and there were stains on my seats that were clearly not cleaned, in fact they basically sprayed cleaner on it and never bothered to clean it up. Also they collected my payment over the phone because they weren't gonna be there when I went to go pick it up. I told him I'd like to inspect the car before doing so but they insisted. Fantastic work! I took my car in to be detailed this afternoon, and I'm certain it looks better than the day I bought it. They even managed to buff out paint deterioration on my trunk that has been there for years. I couldn't be happier with the service, results, or the price point. Several problems: 1. They promised to have the car detail finished in 5 hours; it was not. We had to leave it overnight. 2. When it was supposed to be ready (the first day), no one called. It wasn't until we called that we found out it was not ready. 3. When we picked it up, we were very satisfied with the interior; however, the exterior didn't look like much work had been put into it. Stains that came off with just scratching with a fingernail had not been removed; polish was still showing in parts; overall, it did not have a new car polish/look to it. 4. We had a coupon for $95 and they charged $97 -- said it was for taxes? Taxes? A $2 tax on $95 of labor and materials? I don't get it. 5. To add insult to injury, we had a bunch of quarters and other change in the "change drawer" of the vehicle; we discovered it was gone after we got home. I guess one of the workers decided to tip himself. Overall, while the price is enticing, the customer service is very lacking, the actual work (exterior) is sub-par, and the whole tax thing and change being taken felt like this place is not an honest place of business. Very, very happy with the service, Sergio and his team. Both my husband and I have had our cars detailed more than once and we have been very pleased with Dream's Auto Service and Detail. They are thorough, professional and honest. I left some small items in various compartments in a car, including cash and not only did they remove all the debris and clean the area, they placed money in a safe spot. The mats were a bit wet when I got the car back, but Sergio warned me and offered to leave the car overnight at his location. I chose to take the car and let it dry in my driveway. Just got back my Murano after detailing and everything was spanking new. My car wasn't bad to begin with, but they took pride in their job and cleaned every nook and cranny. They even polished my exhaust pipes and shined all available surfaces. I was late and arrived to pick up my car after they closed, so I wasn't able to leave tips. I had detailing done before at Xtreme Auto Details and had great experience and decide to get detailing for my wife minivan at Dream's auto detail only because this place was closer to my house. It was bad decision that I made. The minivan seem like it had supreme car wash not the detailing. They left bug residue in the bumper area. I paid for detailing not the supreme car wash. Please stay away from this place. you will regret to take your can there and I can guarantee that. I will report to the BBB too. read more
