My daughter was involved in an accident while driving my Jeep last weekend as the other driver ran a stop sign and plowed into the Jeep doing about 45 mph. Thankfully, my daughter and her passenger were okay, a little battered and bruised, but they lived to tell about it- more of a mental issue now as she is afraid to drive. Anyway, the Jeep was towed to Circle Auto Body and a couple days later they told us it was totaled. The whole time, I was kept informed of the status of things by Gina, who was very caring and treats her customers very well. Tonight, we had to clean out the Jeep before it was sent to salvage and the two guys working in the office were extremely nice and you could tell they felt bad about the Jeep (it was a nice one!) and they asked if everyone made it out of the accident okay. Then, they even loaned us a couple of screwdrivers so we could get our license plates off the vehicle. If I ever need auto body work, Circle is where I'll take my car. An employee went over the options I had, explaining that the damage did not involve any safety or mechanical issues. He said he would be willing to try and use adhesive to fix it and that it could be done while I waited. Maybe 10 minutes later he returned and I was told he was able to fit it back together without the adhesive so that if I had any other damage in the future it would be easier to repair. He told me that if I had any more problems to return and at that point they would try the adhesive. I left there owing only $20!!! They are honest, friendly, thorough and knowledgeable. I have never felt so comfortable in any other automotive environment. I am an older woman who knows nothing about cars. Hopefully, I will not need any more repairs in the future, but if I do I definitely will be heading back to Circle.

This guy showed up, put a charger on my battery and told me to follow him a few miles to his house. I pulled in his garage, he called and ordered a new alternator for me, fixed it in no time. My vehicle was a particularly difficult one to do this job and I know he had other things he was intending to do with his Saturday morning, but out of the goodness of his heart he helped me out. He charged me a really fair price for everything. He seriously saved me so much time and money, saved the trip i was taking and seriously SAVED THE DAY!! He knows what he's doing.
