My car's roadside assistance program had paired mewith 3 different towing companies before Road Wrecker; all made me wait almost an hour each before cancelling because they didn't have the right equipment. When Road Runner Wrecker finally arrived, they hadn't brought the right truck, but they sympathized with my experience (I had been waiting 4 hours for other companies to arrive by this point!) so they went above and beyond by swapping for the correct truck. The driver, Sterling, was a consummate professional. First, he took the initiative to see if he could get my car to restart on its own (he is a trained mechanic). When that didn't work and it came time to tow my truck, he was patient and extremely conscientious in a very tight area with limited space to navigate. He adjusted (and adjusted again) until he was certain he could clear each space with no damage. Throughout this endeavor, Sterling was kind, friendly, and patient. He put in long hours retrieving the right truck, evaluating my car, hooking my car up to the tow, getting the car out, and getting it to my dealership (it was very late at night when he was able to arrive there). All in all, I had a wonderful experience with Sterling and this company.

Scheduled and a time to drop off my car, got there 10 minutes late they told me to re-schedule again to drop off my car. My fault and my initial impression was their seriousness with time. 2. Went there on time during my second time, dropped off the car and waited more than 30 minutes for them to get a rental car for me. It should me the lack of coordination. 3. they had 2 works to do: fix front and trunk. I had 2 estimates for that, sent ton them my my insurance. I went outside, showed everything to the worker, who marked down with a red marker everything that needed to be fixed. 4. Stayed with a rental for about 10 days and very excited to finally see all my car fixed. I had a rental truck because the rental place did not have another car available. 5. After 10 days, the lady from the office told me that I need to pick up my car literally before a specific time- she was very vocal on that. I went there to pick up my car and guess what??? 6. The trunk got fixed, but the front, who got all marked down did not get fixed. They never called me, send me a text, emailed me, nothing. went there to pick the car and I asked: "Why is not the front of my car fixed after having my car for 10 days?" Well, no apologies give, no excuses give, no conversation with the manager at any point, or any other type of explanation. The only thing I got from them was. ": Here is is your key!" Since filing the claim, they denied it without explanation and have completely stopped responding to me. I have called their office every single day for the past two weeks and have not been able to reach anyone who can help. I have documented evidence of the damage, their initial admission of fault, video evidence, and witnesses. Their refusal to take responsibility or even communicate with me has left me no choice but to pursue other avenues to resolve this. I would caution anyone using this company. I called and asked about pricing. The cost (whether jump start or battery) was reasonable. Mr. Ayala said he'd pick up the battery on the way just in case - having gotten the information I had on hand for my make and model, and my equipment preference if it came to that. He also said that I wouldn't be charged for the battery if it wasn't needed - regardless of him making this outlay. As promised, he showed up about 45 minutes after our call - this is with him driving up to Baltimore. When he arrived, Mr. Ayala looked at the battery, said it was 2 years old, no corrosion - relatively young for the equipment. That it probably would be just a jump start (I had left the car sitting for too long). He then promptly walked me through the steps to jump it, while attaching the cords to the outlets. The car started. Then he had me turn it off without the cords attached to check that it still started, which it did. The service was $85. Perfectly reasonable. Convenient and timely, as well, and I found him to be pleasant and knowledgeable.

This company completely wasted my time and showed zero regard for basic professionalism or accountability.
