Unless you want to wait 1-2hrs to get your prescriptions and 30min to check out in the front. The drive thru is not not open which makes it more difficult to get your meds. This is BS customer service sucks at this store. I had a feeling that it was bs so I drove to the pharmacy and spoke with their staff in-person. Guess what? The prescription that they claimed that was "out of stock" was in fact in stock. The tech told me that I just needed to wait 10 minutes. I had to explain to the tech the importance of my child's medication being filled on time, given that a missed dose can cause a life-threatening issue. About a month ago, I was in line inquiring on my child's prescription. There was another customer standing super close behind me while I was giving the tech very personal information. The staff did not say anything to the customer standing very close to me. There I was disclosing personal medical information not realizing that the customer was near me the whole time. (They should check the cameras; I can't make this up!) I only became aware that the man was standing extremely close to me because another customer in line pointed it out and told him to step back. There is no way that pharmacy tech helping me did not notice him. HIPAA VIOLATION! Anyway, if I could give this pharmacy zero stars I would.

Tips for if you've never shopped at a refillery: they have scales so you can weigh the container (either that you buy from them or bring in your own empty or not empty), stick a piece of tape to container and wright the weight (before you fill their products). This way, when they weigh the container at checkout, they will subtract the weight you wrote down so you only pay what you filled there. If you are at their spice and powdered items, they have clean scoops you can use and make sure to place them in the used spot after use. Below the scale next to that spices and powdered area, there are rags you can use to clean up your container or counter if you spilled anything. There are actually 3 scales around the stores. And they have a rewards program where you can get a card that the cashier can mark every time you make a purchase.
