We live in Boston, MA and were initially just looking for recommendations for pre-wedding pictures. Our friends in Flushing used Dream Wedding for their weddings so they suggested we check them out. We were not sure what to expect, but as soon as we met with Sarah and the rest of her team, we knew we had to get them to Boston for the rest of our wedding. They offered a package that covered everything we need (and more!) - from rentals for the bridal party, parents, and ourselves to portraits to display at the venue, Dream Wedding had it all! They were also transparent with their pricing so we knew exactly what to expect and made budgeting easier. We had to pay a bit extra to transport the staff and provide them lodging, but that was expected and the team's experience and professionalism made it worth every penny. Sarah was super responsive throughout the whole process (even after hours), made sure everything was done in a timely manner, and that we were well prepared for wedding day (she even threw in an extra shirt without me asking just in case we needed it). The staff members that came to Boston for the wedding were just as incredible. Alex, Jimmy, and Lucille were flexible, patient, and a true pleasure to work with. They did not show up just to get the job done, but also made sure that our wedding day would go as smoothly as possible. Lucille went above and beyond to make sure the bride and her bridesmaids looked great. Alex and Jimmy provided suggestions on what we should do, where we should stand, and made sure we were good on time throughout the day. What could've been a stressful planning process and hectic wedding day went along without any major hitches thanks to the Dream Wedding's guidance. They have been very responsive, helpful, and super accomodating, especially with the craziness that COVID-19 has caused. We rescheduled multiple times for our pre-shoot, but she never had an issue with it and was understanding EVERY SINGLE time. Bobo also knows my wife and I by name! More importantly, even after we paid our full balance, Bobo still never steered away from her excellent customer service, especially after we got married. 2) PRICING: Dream Wedding has very affordable pricing for their wedding packages. They are clear and up front about pricing, especially on what is included and what is not. 3) TRANSPARENCY: As a couple who doesn't know what wedding planning entails, Bobo is able to answer all questions with no hesitations or judgment. She gives helpful advice & guidance on paper including what to expect and how to prepare for the engagement photo shoot, as well as wedding day plans. 4) TEAM: Dream Wedding has a great staff providing various services, including professional make-up artists and photographers. Thank you Dream Wedding for an amazing job on our maternity family photo! From preparation days before, on set hair and make-up, lighting, and overall service, Dream Wedding was with us every step of the way. Photographer Even is very professional and yet very personable to make us and the kids feel at ease and comfortable to make all the smiley faces and poses. Make up artist Sue did a fabulous job surpassing all her peers that we had previously worked with in Flushing; Sue is a perfectionist and detail-oriented when it comes to making clients look their best, from using segments of false eyelashes (rather than using a big jarring whole piece), trimming the eyebrows, to making a hairdo to complement my facial features and outfits. DW contact Sarah is undoubtedly the best wedding/photoshoot planner, sending reminders to prep us for the day and constantly communicating with us post-photoshoot for photo editing. Best of all, DW gave us all the 100 photos from the shoot (though our package is only for 30 edited photos, because DW did such an amazing job with make up and lighting, we can still use the rest of the unedited photos). However, my wife like the sample pictures of their past clients and the price we got after the promotion was good. The staffs are very friendly and very professional. We work mainly with Vicki to set up everything. Vicki is also our stylist. She was very professional and work tirelessly to get the perfect look that my wife was aiming for. The in-house protograph is Jimmy. We shot the prewedding photo for two days. We especially love the photo he took of us at Planting Feild.
