Worst dental office ever! I wouldn't even rate them 1, I would rather rate them 0 Couple months back I went they said I had all these issues and it would be thousand something dollars to get it fixed etc. said I had a cavity -they took $50 from me because they did an exam/x-ray which I had a coupon for $1 which I showed them before they did anything. So a month later I went to a different dental office they cleaned my teeth without any issues for under $100! Dr. Baldwin and his team are great! After a number of fillings as a kid and my experiences with Navy dentists, I HATE going to the dentist! I still get a little anxious but Dr. Baldwin and his team do an excellent job of helping me to relax. I won't say it is "enjoyable" but they make me feel at ease and get the job done. They offer other services (braces, whitening, etc) but they don't try to up-sell you at every visit like some I've been to. I highly recommend them. read more

Dr. Baldwin and his staff are by far the best dental experience I have ever had in my entire life. I found his office on the ZocDoc app and made an appointment about 3 years ago. From the time you step into the office, it feels like you're at a friends home and not at the dentist. The dental hygienists are personable, have great attitudes, so amazing work, and are always familiar with their patients. I needed quite a bit of dental work done and Dr. Baldwin made sure I was aware of the procedures and also gave me different price options so I wouldn't be spending and arm and a leg for procedures I didn't need. Dr. Baldwin and staff have been nothing but wonderful, kind, professional, and like family to me! My husband found Dr. B about 8 years ago when we were in between insurance. Hubby had to get a root canal at the time. We had to pay out of pocket, but Dr. B and staff worked with us without any problems. Since then, I have taken my daughter and have had extensive and expensive preventive care! I had many concerns, doubts, and sticker shock to say the least! There were a few glitches in the process of my work from lab issues to making sure I was happy, satisfied, and at ease with the whole process. I needed to get my teeth taken care of due to wanting to keep my original teeth. I had had braces; however, over time teeth shift, genetics issues, etc. Dr. B made things right when there were issues. He even came in on a weekend when one of my teeth had cracked! The worst dentist I ever visited some years ago. Most of the dental work he did on my daughter, son in law and myself was of poor quality and costly. Two weeks after one of the crowns was completed, it broke. I was told a procedure would have to be done which included drilling a screw into my gums. I decided then we had overpaid him already and found a dentist who toke the broken piece and bonded the piece back. Until this day the tooth is good. My daughter has severe problems with her front bonded teeth which are growing apart because of improper placement of the work performed and she will now require orthodontics on her teeth. Some of the work done on my son in law's teeth were not of quality either. In my opinion, His support assistance is there to increase the actual work to be performed for financial benefits. read more

Fired him after 1 year and a ton of money. Paid 6.5k for 2 molar repairs.. will cost 12k for oral surgery, implants, and crowns, which we can't afford. I'll need to learn to chew with no molars on either side. During the last appt, six crowns prescribed for cavities on upper teeth. During previous appt, hygienist told me no need for crowns. I was upset. Hygienist ran back and forth to his office throughout the appt. He never showed his face. Hygienist handed me a short, typed letter from him at end of appt. Included therein: $4900. treatment plan for 3 upper crowns and a $10.00 Starbucks gift card. Much more I could say, all horrendous. He needs to care more about his patients than their money.The specialist I saw wasn't surprised when I told him who botched my molars. the only good thing that came out of nightmare experience with The Dream Team time was finding a dentist we can trust: Dr Parkening. read more

High energy, extremely friendly and came to them to FIX another Dentists mistake on over $ 2,000 of work. I have had zero issues on each visit to this office. What comes out from this office is a need to help folks with their dentistry issues and I believe they really care about their patients. Such a great Dr and staff!! They are so patient and understanding, so willing to go above and beyond in explaining everything

The girls there, especially Kristen are sweet as can be and great at making you comfortable. But they lied to me when I called crying to make an appointment because I was in so much pain. I told them I didn't have insurance and I just needed some relief for the pain until I could afford the surgery. They literally told me on the phoneto come in and they would help me out with pain relief and see what kind of payment options they could work out to get the impacted tooth removed. They did all their xrays then tell me I need almost $4 grand for the dentist to do anything for me. I left there with only antibiotics and feeling hurt and betrayed. I asked for pain medicine, I even made it clear it didn't have to be a narcotic just anything stronger then the 800 ibuprofen I wasaalready taking that obviously wasn't working and the dentist pretty much said to come up with $ for surgery and then he would help me. I then went to another dentist down the road that same day and left with pain meds and antibiotics and a way way cheaper quote for the surgery I needed, I'm taking thousands cheaper! Bottom line is Dr.Baldwin is just another $ hungry person in the medical field. read more

This company is a complete "Rip-Off" and stay away from them! My wife had a serious dental issue and was in terrible pain! They performed an evaluation and presented a plan that would rectify my wife's dental issues. The administrative staff called me while I was at work and proposed a credit plan for my wife's procedure. Dr. Baldwin's Office uses both Care Credit & Lending Club which is a complete rip off!!!! When it was all said and done, the quote provided did not match the monthly payment that I was asked to pay from the credit companies and the interest rate was through the roof, which they (Dr. Baldwin's Office) did not disclose!!! Now, I'm being sued by the credit companies and the legal issue went from $8,000.00 to $14,000.00. Needles to say, my wife's mouth took 1 month to heal and she still has complications from an unfinished procedure. Dr. Baldwin received his money from these credit agencies with whom he has an alliance relationship and could probably care less of what's taking place after he's got your business. I had a bad experience at a different dentist. I called Dr. Baldwin's office and they were able to see me the same day. When I spoke with the receptionist on the phone I asked if they accepted my insurance. She said yes and took my information to verify it. Little did I know even though they said they accepted my insurance they didn't feel the need to inform me it was out of network. Any professional office who "cares" about their patients would know to inform them of this matter. Now I have paid a great amount more for the dental work I received. I was also told that they were going to reimburse a small portion after the first of the year when they filed my claim again.(Not sure if that is even legal) Of course when I called to ask about this they seemed clueless to this. Finally, they did reimburse but only half of what I was initially told. I have also requested ALL of my records but for some reason they will only send me my xrays and not everything on file for me including EOB's and treatment plan. I just feel as if there is something legally not right about this office. It makes me feel as if they are ONLY worried about how much money they can get out of a patient. I feel very taken advantage of. Healthcare providers should be someone we can trust but I have to say they definitely lost that from me! read more

I only gave one star because I was forced to pick one, otherwise, I would rate this perverted, unprofessional practice no stars! Everyone from the from desk to the back was fake in their attitudes, just an attempt to gain your trust and take your money! I only needed one small filling per the previous two dentist's I've seen, yet Kristin handed me a $4000 treatment plan (which took her 30 minutes to prepare...I worked in a dental office and it DOES NOT TAKE THAT LONG!) Not to mention, when the "dentist,"and I use that term loosely, was doing my exam, he and the hygienist flirted the whole time, making it completely uncomfortable for me! While waiting 30 minutes past my appointment time (and I printed all new patient forms so this wasn't 30 minutes wasted because I was filling out the book they have you complete as a new patient). The office wasn't busy, but the hold up was because the staff was back there talking EXTREMELY inappropriate, disgusting topics. I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to go here! read more
