I was nervous to return especially because my brows needed some love and there are new technicians. Quickly I was at ease once I met Melissa! She is a pro, she may be new to Cerritos but she is a veteran Anastasia trained waxer from a different Nordstrom. I fell in love instantly and received the same professional treatment as I would expect from Nordstrom and Anastasia; in fact better.

After years of threading, changing salons after a bad job, regrowing brows and plucking my self,…read moreand then going back to threading I thought maybe I needed to give something new a try. While I was walking through Nordstrom and looking at handbags I stumbled upon Anastasia Beverly Hills' section of the store. I was being shy and would have walked right past it but one of the girls there approached me & gave me a business card. I stashed it in my purse and honestly, did not plan on making an appointment. A week went by and I still had Anastasia on my mind like she was a high school crush, so I had to call and book an appointment. When I arrived I was greeted by the very friendly estheticians working there and felt right at home. Becca gave me a breakdown of where by brows should start, end, and arch. We talked extensively about hair, waxing, eyebrows, and Memphis. I was very happy with the time and attention she put into my brows. I also purchased a new eyebrow pencil sharper that was very reasonably priced for the quality I got @ $6. I booked my next appointment and left very happy. I can't wait to go back for my next wax. These girls made me want to start waxing and forgetting about razors or threading all together, but then I came to my senses and realized I've got to take baby steps. We are working on my brow shape right now. I couldn't be happier with Anastasia.

I try giving them a benefit of a doubt but this place gets worst…read more I know the price for a full face thread and saw the list and how much they paid. When I walked up to pay the man hid the price with his thumb and tried charging me more for my full face WTF I told him you always charge 30 he tried saying only for regulars how is that!!!! I always tip over $10 for the hard work the ladies put in their neck. Today He kept rushing the lady doing my eyebrows to help others she did not even finish my full face. Why charge more for the least amount I went to Korea town to pro organic beauty They even put a cold towel to sooth your face after for $30 better price, better quality. Good luck to this place and all the people who go to Universal threading. One star was too for them

I would recommend Serena to anyone who need a brow revamp.

This is my second time getting brow lamination at this location, my first time was back in October…read more I definitely needed to come back here for more brow love. I decided to try brow lamination because of the "fuller" brow look and because of the brow pictures on Instagram (follow them if u haven't already) whoa! You'll be blown away at the brow transformations!! As soon as you arrive the place is super cute, very aesthetically pleasing. You're greeted by Serena (the sweetest person ever) they offer you wine or sparkling water, and then the brow magic happens. I usually have very thin, sparse brows, but by the time I was finished with the brow lamination process (which was a breeze & painless) I was shook! What is this magic?! I've gone to many different places to get my brows done and hands down this is the one place I walked out with a HUGE smile on my face. Serena is the only person I will let touch my brows from now on. To say I LOVE my brows is a understatement, seriously!! Serena has magical hands. Truly AMAZING work! 10/5 stars if I could! Trust me go & see for yourself you will not regret it!

Unfortunately, I had an uncomfortable experience with another employee, Alexis. She later approached me a second time while I have chemicals on my eyes and I again told her that I did not want to talk. I did not feel comfortable hearing the conversations and wanted no altercation. I simply wanted to relax and enjoy my service. I did let the owner know about my experience.
