**If you need a facial, Faith is amazing!!**…read more I met Alisia when I went in for a facial with Faith. She gave me her card and informed me that she does all types of hair and different styles. I called her the evening of 3/21 to make an appt. At the time she was driving and needed to hear her GPS for directions and said she would call me back once she got to her destination. I never did get a call back. Monday 3/25, I texted her to set up an appt for today 3/30 @ 8 am. I showed up at the salon at 7:50 only to find someone else in her chair. I was pissed! She apologize and asked if I could come back in 3 hrs? I made my appt on this day, at this particular time because it's what works for my schedule and what I have going on at this time in my life. No I don't have time to go back and forth to your salon as if you doing my hair is a favor. I made my appt 5 days before not 5 months ago! With your years of experience, you should have a better handle on your scheduling. I probably should not have bothered calling back after you said you'd call me, lesson learned! Your lack of professionalism definitely cost you a potential client!

It was a little irritated afterward, but sure that's common considering how thorough the exfoliation process is. One tip for first-timers: don't wear lotion beforehand. I paid an extra $20 for a special scrub soap so exfoliation would work better The only downside was the water temperature. At times the consistency wasn't quite hot as expected. The staff was kind and welcoming throughout the experience. The visit ended on a lovely note with Moroccan tea and sweets, which added an authentic touch.

Groupon deal she had advertised was a good deal and her normal pricers are lower than most in the area by 5 $-10$, but I will probably be loyal to my original waxer.
