Perla was my esthetician, and she was absolutely incredible--knowledgeable, gentle, and so thorough in explaining every step of the process. The treatment itself was comfortable (with numbing of course) , and the results are definitely noticeable. My skin looks smoother, brighter, and more even, and it has that healthy glow I've been trying to achieve for a while. The epidermal leveling add-on made a huge difference in how well my skin absorbed products afterward. This service is truly worth it, especially in Perla's hands. You can tell she genuinely cares about results and your overall experience. I'll definitely be coming back and recommending this to anyone looking to invest in their skin.

Make sure you check their Facebook page for their specials! I was greeted immediately by Sam once I came in the door, he handed me some paper to fill out, and then explained to me the Micro-needling procedure and chemical peel. He was super informative! Since it's my first time doing both, I am very appreciative of the information. Sam is also the NP for the office. When the room was ready, they called me in and started the procedure. I was started off with a cleanse on my face, then a quick microdermabrasion, and numbing cream. She then used a type of red/blue light therapy. After 15 minutes, Sam came in and started the Micro-needling with HA. He explained every step of the procedure. The Micro-needling had a mild tingly feeling, but nothing unbearable. When it got to my nose, it got kinda ticklish. After the Micro-needling session, Sam started the chemical peel. That stung! Good thing he had the fan blowing at my face, haha. I came in at 9:45 and it's now about 11. So the whole procedure wasn't too long but you definitely don't feel rushed at all! After everything was done, I was given a tube of serum to put on my face for the next two days. I will have to wait for my results before I book my next appointment, but I do recommend their business! Make sure to bring cash! They have an extra charge of 5% for credit card transactions.

Yes, after 3 sessions I may have blindly verbalize I saw a "slight improvement", however, I quickly realized it was due to the lighting in your establishment. And the free additional treatments were reluctantly provided after I insisted something else needed to be done. Although, I asked to speak with you regarding the matter, you never once bother to call to speak with me regarding my concerns. And it wasn't until after "Liz" herself notice the after pics were actually worse, that she reluctantly offered the alternative treatments. That of which were considered a downgrade and a less effective treatment than the initial treatments I paid for. You would have done much better continuing to ignore my comment/rating. Because, your response once again reminded me of my naivety believing the services you offered would actually help. With that said I STRONGLY recommend anyone considering getting treatments done at your establishment would do their research and pay the extra money (in my case I would have saved money going elsewhere) to see a professional that can give treatment(s) that will produce better outcomes and/or results! Good day & may you reap what you sow!
