He hasn't returned my messages. I waited quite awhile thinking that perhaps he was sick, on vacation or otherwise unable to retrieve or return my messages. Brought in a small 8 inch powered sub to be installed and was told it was dead right out of the box…read moreso I bought another one and brought that in to be installed, they then told me that the second sub was also dead on arrival. Eventually it became evident that they had not wired the first or replacement sub properly although the install guy was only willing to accept half the blame, putting the rest of the blame on the design of the sub. Eventually they fixed it but not before I had to return a 3RD TIME because they had not mounted the sub into the car properly. When I got home, I noticed that the sub sounded very weak, putting out almost no power at all. Also, my door panel of my driver side door was left hanging off anf will need to be fixed. Im going to have to take this to another car stereo place to have them check the work of the install guys at Cartunes. I do not recommend this place, but the ladies who work at the front desk are very nice and attentive. I was also charged for bass knob install that was never even installed. Pretty much could not have gone worse.
