I came to Pritchard orthodontics to go through Invisalign treatment because my front teeth were…read moretouching on my bite and I was grinding too much. I wanted to set my bite so that my top teeth were in front of my lower teeth allowing me to prep for veneers after treatment. Doctor Pritchard and his team have been fantastic to work with. They are friendly, caring, professional and more importantly, they achieved exactly what I was looking for in an end result. From start to finish it has been a pleasure and I would absolutely refer them to anyone looking for an orthodontist. I assure you, you're in great hands. I'm looking to continue this relationship for future years to come.

After my braces came off, I developed TMJ symptoms that I had never dealt with before treatment,…read moreincluding headaches, jaw clicking, muscle tension, and needing to stick to a soft food diet. My bite felt off, my teeth would squeak together, and eating became uncomfortable, especially on one side. When I brought these concerns up, I felt like they were minimized. I was told to take ibuprofen and that I was likely chewing too roughly or just adjusting to new contact points. Over time, I started to feel judged and frustrating to deal with whenever I brought up ongoing problems. I also had trouble with my teeth shifting. Even with consistent retainer use, I would develop gaps easily. After retreatment and about a year of TMJ problems, I tried again to discuss my ongoing pain and bite discomfort. The suggestion I received was Botox every few months, which would have cost thousands of dollars, along with working on clenching/grinding. The frustrating part is that I had none of these jaw issues before braces. My teeth were also polished in an attempt to adjust my bite, but I am still unsure whether that helped or made things worse. My bite is still uncomfortable, I developed gaps again after returning to nighttime retainer wear, and I still cannot eat comfortably on one side. It has been honestly depressing to spend over $5,000 on something I hoped would improve my life, only to feel like it made my quality of life worse. I expected some discomfort with orthodontic treatment, but I did not expect long-term jaw pain, bite discomfort, food limitations, and feeling uncomfortable advocating for myself afterward. I eventually went to a medical doctor and was prescribed muscle relaxers to reduce strain on my jaw, which helped with the clicking and headaches and cost me about $2. I still deal with muscle spasms and bite discomfort, but I no longer feel comfortable bringing these concerns up at this office. At this point, I'll be seeking help elsewhere. I wish my concerns had been taken more seriously, especially since these problems started after orthodontic treatment.

They take the time to work with their clients to identify a treatment plan with a gentle and kind approach. Dr Miller is honest and genuine, and will provide you a program that works for you, because he does care. Some orthodontists make recommendations that may not be needed or perhaps fit a person's budget. Most importantly, everyone is very experienced, knowledgeable, and professional. The level of care and orthodontic expertise you receive will be superior. Let's be honest, having work done on your teeth could cause anxiety. Dr Miller's office environment is comfortable and welcoming. I can honestly say that I looked forward to visiting the office, and I miss it now that my teeth are straight and healthy!

I had a horrible trauma to my mouth several years ago and have had hours of research and numerous consultations that I'm familiar with not only what I want but what to expect. I recently moved and I failed to make my initial appointment (sorry Dr. M and Jan, my faux pas) and called back a few months later and I was able to get right in. Dr. Miller and I had a brutally honest chat and we were in total agreement about my treatment, plan and duration. I've been a patient of his Portland office for about three months now and my smile is looking more radiant than ever. Thank you, Dr. Miller for not only providing exceptional service but providing those minor details that make me delighted as a patient.

I've completed my course of orthodontia and am totally satisfied with my results. I have nothing bad whatsoever to say about my experiences with this crew or my outcomes. Today I came in to get some new retainers made as I had lost my old ones and felt my teeth shifting again (it happens). They got me in for this without an appointment and had two new sets made all within 24 hours. Tonight when I came in to try on the new sets, it was already closing time for them. Jessica and Josie noticed that one of my sets of retainers was just slightly not a right fit. It would've been super easy for them to send me home with that and I wouldn't have known any different, but instead they both stayed voluntarily after closing time to re-make yet another retainer for me at no more of an additional cost, which kept them 30 minutes past closing time and their closing duties. This crew really cares about their patients and it shows. I actively recommend Bedont's offices to anyone. These guys are all top notch and this is not an isolated incident. I've always been very impressed with their staff and services. Thanks Jessica and Josie and everyone here:)

I'm pretty sure everyone's dying to know why I love Senestraro Family Orthodontics - Wilsonville…read more(which has offices outside of Wilsonville, so keep reading even if you don't live nearby), the office that's put #BracesOnFaces for our family four times in twenty-one months, so let me tell you. :) NO DEFAULT PULLING OF TEETH - The two oldest little Ws had consults at two separate orthodontist's offices, one of which was SFO. The other office required each of them to have two teeth pulled before getting braces put on. That procedure and expense is separate from braces and would cost several hundred dollars between the two little Ws. On the other hand, SFO thought they could get the job done without removing any teeth. I understand it's sometimes necessary to pull teeth in order to get mouths fixed, which means some of their patients have to do it, and I'd have been fine with it as an essential procedure for my kids. I'm just thankful SFO was willing to try other options first, especially since braces have proven to be successful for those two kids with all teeth remaining intact. SUPPORTIVE OF FINANCIAL CHOICES - Although payment plans are available, our family isn't willing to go into debt for braces. That means we save money until we have enough to pay for a set in full before any brackets go on any teeth, no matter how long it takes. The staff has always respected that decision, even though it meant waiting longer for our kids to become their patients than if we'd gone on a payment plan. I make a pie chart for each set of #BracesOnFaces that's broken down into 5% increments and gets filled as we save up money for a particular set. Not only has the SFO staff respected our debt-free approach to financing braces, but they know about the pie charts and have shared in our excitement as slices of each one get colored in. They even suggested including each kid's pie chart in a group picture of the newly bracketed kid, excited mom, and fantastic orthodontist each time a little W gets their braces on. AWESOME STAFF - They're always cheerful, smiling, welcoming, and helpful. Always. Which means they choose to behave that way even when they feel sad, irritated, overwhelmed, or generally unhappy, which is bound to happen because they're human. You could argue that's their job, but we all know it's a pretty incredible group of people that will consistently give excellent customer service and provide a pleasant environment for those they're doing business with. We've had shifts in employment and insurance coverage since becoming SFO patients that have changed our financial situation, so they've walked us through the process and made sure we're always getting the maximum amount of coverage available to us. DISCOUNTS - SFO offers a discount for paying a bill in full at the time of service. They also offer a family discount for the second and subsequent family members who get their orthodontic work done at SFO. I know those discounts are common, but I also know from personal experience that they aren't universal. As one who likes to stretch a dollar, I appreciate the chance to save some money. INVOLVED IN THE COMMUNITY - Although this isn't something my family has personally benefited from, I love to see how SFO serves the communities their patients come from by sponsoring school events, providing lunch to teachers, and offering free mouthguards to athletes. Why am I telling you all of this? There's no contest. No prize. No ulterior motive. I just think Senestraro Family Orthodontics is awesome. With four sets of braces in less than two years, I've had plenty of time and opportunities to get over that feeling, but they never let us down. Instead, my appreciation for them solidifies more and more as time passes. They have offices at the coast (Tillamook) and around the Portland metro area (Sherwood, Wilsonville, Woodstock), so give whichever office is most convenient to you a call and schedule a free consult if anyone in your home is considering orthodontia. Here's a link to the contact information for each office. https://senestrarofamilyortho.com/locations/

If I could give zero stars I would. I had called prior to scheduling a consult with them to see if…read morethey could do cash or check without a card needing to be on file, I was told that wasn't and issue if I was paying by cash or check as I do not have a card to place on file. Had the consult and was scheduled for scan of teeth to be able to get aligners made. Was then told I could not start treatment until I had card on file. I explained multiple times I don't have a card and I'd be paying with cash or check. They then try to ask me for banking checking and routing number again explained I asked before even scheduling consult with them if I needed card on file and did record my conversation when I had it with the rep that told me I didn't need card on file. They then try to offer me after maybe about a week of going back and further that I could do 1 set of aligners a month once I pay in cash or check. Uhm no too late. I'm not the one who made the mistake and gave out incorrect information. If someone makes a mistake good customer service is honoring that mistake that was made but obviously here they do not care about good customer service.
