AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!! I have never seen a more…read moreunprofessional S..t Show in my life! I was sent here by molina insurance for some dentures. When i recieved them, they were crooked and uneven. Visible to the naked eye! So I said to myself" everyone has an off day". So I went back and told her and showed her what I was talking about, and she agreed they were crooked. This took her "5" , Yes 5 different attempts to get them right, and if you look real close, you could STILL see flaws. I dont live close and Im on a tight budget so I figured it out and it came to almost a full tank of gas in a 2001 tahoe. So much later down the road, my denture plate broke in half. I took the plate in for repair and had no issues, everyone was pleasent. Came back later that day to pick them up and the receptionist hands me the teeth in a zip lock bag and sends me on my way. I said " I would like to try these on first just to see what they look like". I go in the bathroom and put them in and once again there crooked and uneven. VISIBLE TO THE NAKED EYE! I come out very calmly and say " hey, these are crooked ." The receptionist said "ok ill Make you an appoitment for monday to come back." So once again I have to take time and gas to come back so she can fix her mistake. They told me at the Last appointment that the have to have them by 8 in the morning so I can get them back by 3.30 pm. I assumed this was the same requirement because of the repair. so I get there at 8 am sharp so they would have pleanty of time to do the work, and she tells me my appointment was for 9.15 am. I said im sorry is there any way she could see me now real quick so I wouldnt have to come back? and she said "no." I left feeling like they didnt care, and was upset. So I come back at 9.15 sharp, the receptionist greets me very rudly and scurrys me off to the back room. Renee comes in and starts to lecture me on how I should behave and threatens me with not doing the work she scewed up. At this point I lost my temper and told her "were through!" I left extremely upset, disappointed, and utterly shocked at the way she treats her clients. THATS NOT ALL! This piece of work,... calls the police on me and has me tresspassed! As if I would ever come back. This woman should have her license revoked! Wish I could post a picture of the horrible work! I've seen Billy Bob teeth in the dollar store that were better.
