BEST dental experience ever! They make you feel comfortable from the second you walk in. I'm new to…read morethe area and had a dental emergency but no dr. Saw Smiles Dental on Yelp with the good reviews, looked at their website and instantly felt like this may be the place. Everyone was great. Thank you so much Dr. Killpack, Nicole, McKenna, and Sara!!! I'm excited to have found a home dentist for my family and I! Thank you!!!

THEY WILL HARM YOU AND THEN GO RADIO SILENT. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!…read more Hugely disappointed with this place. We paused our dentist visits during COVID and I was personally very excited to get my teeth cleaned. That was before my husband went in. They found a cavity, which he had filled. He has been in pain ever since. They simply cannot seem to fix a simple cavity without causing excruciating pain, and then they simply say, "ok come back and we'll try something else." He's been there twice now and he's still in extreme pain. He had to have an EMERGENCY visit with another dentist today and they were so displeased with the work that was done at Smiles they basically demanded to redo it all. The "office manager" at this location compared this situation to getting a bad haircut and needing to find a new stylist. She actually compared a dentist causing you extreme pain to a stylist giving you a bad haircut. Now they're saying we have to wait until the end of the week to hear back from the corporate office. I'm not smiling. Fuck this place. You are better off literally anywhere else. Hell, you might be better off avoiding the dentist if this is your only option. My husband wasn't in any pain at all before he saw these people! Edit: They've now gone dark. I was promised a call back from a higher up, no call came. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE WITH YOUR DENTAL HEALTH! Edit 2: Still no response from the decision maker I was promised. We are now hundreds of dollars out of pocket because of the incompetence of these people. You are better off virtually anywhere else. Edit 3: They're now telling us to talk to their attorney. They turned a simple procedure into thousands of dollars in costs that they are now dumping at our feet and telling us to talk to their hired malpractice defense firm. Think about that before booking your appointment at this place.

I've been a client of Oasis Dental for many years at the Vancouver location…read more Let's start by saying this place is absolutely fantastic. Dr Aldridge makes you feel absolutely comfortable. Along with the well trained staff. Many struggle with feeling uncomfortable going to the dentist. The buzzing, scraping and talking about what needs to be done or prepared is a very small background noise compared to most places. They really do go out of the way to explain what they recommends, and make you feel good about coming to this location. I've struggled with one thing really and that's being comfortable at the dentist. You don't have to feel this way here! You won't regret it! The only thing regretful for me.... Is telling everyone how good they are due to me wanting to keep this place a secret. However good things happen for those that promote. This business deserves it. David Killion

I went to Oasis Dental in Ridgefield today (September 30, 2026) for a checkup and cleaning. After…read morethe exam I was told I needed deep scaling. I explained to the hygienist that I am a redhead and that local anesthetic often does not work well for me. That has been true since childhood. If extra time is not built in and numbness is not confirmed, scaling is extremely painful, which is why I have a long-standing aversion to dental care. I used a blunt, sarcastic comment about preferring to lose my teeth rather than go through that again. I was not refusing treatment. I was asking to be fully numb before they started. The hygienist left to discuss "options" and came back with a form stating I was refusing care and should find another dentist. There was no conversation about extra anesthetic, a longer wait, or the sedation this office advertises. I called manager Marlise Montgomery after I got home. I told her I was looking for reassurance that I would be numbed properly, not a new dentist. She said I was not a good fit, told me that as a healthcare provider I should know better than to delay treatment for periodontal disease, and suggested sleep dentistry. She offered to call back after she looked into it. The conversation had already made the outcome clear, so I declined. I was not interested in hearing the same message three times. The manager was correct: I work in healthcare. That does not exempt me from pain or anxiety. It does not mean a patient who asks to be numb is refusing care, and I should not have been shamed for my experiences. I was willing to stay and complete the treatment if I felt heard. Instead the visit ended with a dismissal form. This could have been resolved by a hygienist with an ounce of kindness or grace. That is a shame, because my previous hygienist -- who is on maternity leave -- was aware of my sensitivities and was always careful, took her time, and made me feel appropriately cared for. Most importantly, I trusted her and appreciated her. If she had been there today, I believe the outcome would have been different. Up until today I liked Oasis Dental and intended to stay with them.

I have had cancer twice and need to have teeth pulled, and this has affected me financially and so I have state insurance at this time. I have worked most of my life. Most dental offices I have called recently are rude, judgmental and unprofessional. They need to remember that even basic calls to a dental office are shared with others. Andersen Dental office shared information I needed today, and consequently I am referring others and my son, who just graduated pharmacy school, to Andersen Dental, as a future dental office to go to for their/his own teeth. :) I spoke with front office staff /insurance there and the two people I communicated with on the phone today were totally awesome and made my day. It is never fun to be ill, and Andersen Dental made me feel welcome even though my insurance is not covered at their office. Nice. But my son's insurance will be, and that of others I know. Andersen Dental, pat yourself on the back, your front office staff is amazing! Thanks! I needed that so badly today. :)
