She did not use a mouth opening device on me or use the proper protocol like the assistants did when putting it in. Once my experience was over Jen told me I would get a refund because she knew she left out so many details about the actual treatment. A week later a new lady reached out telling me I would not get a refund but that further payments would not be charged. On the phone called I told her I would be leaving a review of my experience and that is when she threatened me by saying "Just remember we can always ask for more money" after saying that she would not be taking more money and using the phrase "we are clean". Very unprofessional overall and frightening to say the least. I don't need a refund but I am bummed about this experience. Very traumatic.
