All star, more like all garbage. They only care about your money. Trust me when they say they're giving you a discount, they're really adding a couple hundreds extra to take it off so it looks like you're getting a good deal. The appointment times are extremely short because they want to squeeze in more patients for more money rather than give their continuing patients the time and effort they require. Dr. Le is not detailed at all, only coming in to examine you for a few minutes before rushing out to the next patient and letting someone else answer your questions. The reason their google review is so high is because they bribe you with a $15 Starbucks gift card for a good review. How about you put that money aside and invest it in your patients rather than try to upsell all this extra garbage that they don't need. Oh and for replacement retainers, they charge $150 just for half your mouth. Save your time and your money and find an orthodontic that actually cares and will take their time with you. read more

An honest review: Having three kids going through All Star Orthodontics since they moved here near Camas. It took a long time to decided to write it but it might help you get a good decision since is a huge investment for parents. Unless somehow you get it for free. At beginning with my sons we had a great experience, the ladies at the front were amazing warm and caring: Heather, Stephanie. Dr. Le is great, has a good team only one assistant doesn't know very well, overall they do care, doctor is meticulous of her work. With my third child was a completely different story, first we noticed a lot of rotation of staff at the front desk, every appointment different people as well on the financial department. The assistants on the back continue to be great minus one that doesn't know much what is going on, you know who you are. Since the beginning we had an issue with the treatment, hope they were more clear: Invisalign is not very good for kids/teens it is so much better for adults and responsible people. Which I take all the credit that my child is not easy in that department. We were going to quit. Then a new older guy in the finance got involved I assume is related to Dr. Le since then the whole dynamic at the place changed. I am not sure if he is helping or damaging Dr Le's reputation. Some how we decided to stay, big mistake. Bottom line my child went back to braces since we had already invested a lot of time and money, of course the treatment went up 1750 more. Fine. The problem was that after we finished paying and the "treatment" continue to go on. The next appointment was due the day after it closed for covid. We had to wait for almost a year with the same wire and old stuff was already due, one day. Finally we go in, after one change of wire, another change of new bands, literally three appointment the assistant said she was ready to take them off. I know it wasn't true the kid never wore the bands properly, tired of fighting retainers were placed. Definitely was not ready but probably they were tired of us. Other thing that I don't think is right they want to charge at the time 400 dlls for an extra retainer you only get one for life. More than mad pretty disappointed. If you're looking for a place that understands you and your needs i would look elsewhere. Some of the staff are nice and polite, others are just plain rude on the phone. They speak right into the speaker so you can't understand them and they get mad when they have to keep repeating themselves. My niece was 4 mins late to her appt due to the staff at her school releasing her to me and her dad so they refused to let her in to her appt and made us reschedule. How ridiculous!! When she had her first appt they were putting on the brackets and said if her hygiene doesn't improve they would refuse to go any further, why waste our time then?! Now moving past that we're a few mins late and they refused to take her in. Just absurd. If I could I would just tell them to take it all off now and go elsewhere. read more

The worst place to get braces. At first I started off with Invisalign, only to be told months later it doesn't work for everyone. Switched over to braces, and braces were taken off when my teeth were not yet completely straight. During my first retainer fitting I complained to the hygienist that the retainer was not completely going in, and she knew she was at fault , only to fast forward to a week later she here she had denied it . Dr was extremely rude when I explained to her that I wasn't happy with my retainer, she had a fit that my teeth have "now shifted" due to me not wearing the retainer that didn't even fit for a week. They charged me 150$ to get new moldings of my now shifted teeth, even though they were at fault. Complete waist of time and money. Spend your money somewhere else, find someone honest and trustworthy. read more

This place is not about helping people. They are only about money. My daughter was one month away from being done and they last minute did more xrays and told me it would be 5 more months and more money and that if i didnt pay the more money they would not remove her braces. That is child abuse. If i wanted to remove them i had to pay 800 dollars. They are awful people. read more

Dr. Le is AMAZING. We go to a different dental/ortho place and had a little emergency happen over the weekend and couldn't get ahold of anyone from our office. My best friend use to work for Dr. Le and so I called her to see is she was available and she took time out from her weekend to help us out. We are debating on making the switch to All Star Orthodontics because she was SO NICE and helpful. read more

This is the worst orthodontics place, ever! They took my braces off and my teeth were still crooked and they told me that braces don't work for everyone. They gave me a plastic retainer that has broken and I called to make an appointment because I didn't think I could go anywhere else and I asked if they would still honor the price they quoted me in 2015, which was $200 for the top and bottom. The receptionist told me that she was pretty sure they would but that she would find out to make sure and if the price was different she would call me back and let me know. I got no phone call and so I came to the appointment. I was made to wait for 30 minutes and then I was told that if I wanted the retainers, it would cost me $500. This place is the biggest ripoff, ever! I wanted to let everyone know that there are so many other orthodontists in Vancouver that won't take your money and then screw you over, so, you'll be better off going to one of them. read more

Awful experience from the time we first went til the time his braces were taken off. The head office lady was very rude they need to be more understanding of children that are 8 and 9 years old getting braces. My son was anxious about them from the beginning and they didn't relieve his anxiety whatsoever. His wires were constantly coming out as his teeth were shifting but put the blame on him I had to make numerous trips to their office because of this. They authorized me over the phone to just clip the wire if it bugged him so I clipped then they would get mad about that. If you need oath service I highly recommend Adventure dental in Salmon Creek they are awesome and make any child that goes there very comfortable. My daughter just got braces there and they give you a great goody bag with prescription toothpaste a rechargeable toothbrush and a lot more. They really don't want you to get cavities while having braces there and they said to not worry if anything breaks lots of people have multiple apps due to things coming off or breaking and not from neglect either. That was good to know since I had just gotten done with this awful experience from All star Ortho. read more
