We picked out the curtain and shutters, paid the 50% deposit and then our experience started to deteriorate a little bit. He was nice enough to pass on the free shipping discount from the manufacture to us, which is nice. Installation day finally came, and went smoothly for the most part. After they left we realized the curtain assembly rod color might not what we had thought we ordered (by this point we don't remember what we ordered anymore, and the order summary does not give us a color option, it also has a lot of technical terms in the descriptions that we don't really understand). We might have picked this color in the beginning for all we know, so I can't really blame Mike for this. Moral of the story is just take some photos of what you choose when placing the order, since the order summary does not have any pictures or meaningful description on it. The shutters came out very nice, and the quality of the curtain fabric is also excellent. I wish Mike would have been more prompt with his communication and keep us posted during the process.
