We also paid $449.99 for the Safe protection plan. Everyday prices on the receipt were much higher; we bought on sale, with manager overrides. From the day they arrived, the pieces have been covered with cloth covers for extra protection. We uncovered them only about six times, when we had guests. A few weeks ago the wireless charger built into the arm of one chair started peeling away from the fabric. I filed a claim with the protection plan we bought specifically for this kind of problem. They said the furniture was still under the manufacturer warranty and that I should contact Mor. I went back to the Rancho Cucamonga store. Kevin, the salesman, was professional and agreed it looked like a manufacturing issue, then gave me the customer-service number. On Tuesday, September 29, 2026, I called. After taking my information, the representative told me to contact the protection plan. I explained that I already had, and that they had sent me to the manufacturer because the set was still under warranty. She asked for a photo. I texted one. After looking at it she said it was wear and tear. She put me on hold, said she spoke with a manager, and came back with the same answer: wear and tear. I told her I would write reviews about the product and the service. Her answer was "Okay." The chair is under a year old. It has spent almost all of that time under a cover. A charger ring lifting off the arm is not normal use. We paid nearly $450 for a plan that pointed us to the manufacturer, and the manufacturer pointed us back and then denied the claim. The only person who treated this like a real defect was Kevin at the store. If you are counting on the protection plan or the manufacturer warranty to cover a clear defect, that was not our experience.

Prices are really good and not too expensive, which is a plus when everything is increasing. The quality of the goods is also great, and they even have well-known brands like Oxo, which is one of my favorites. The cashier was also extremely nice and friendly. We had a conversation with her, and she was great with my mom. When I am in the area, I will def make another stop or just take the drive to get the newest addition to my house.
