I called him back in a few minutes after locating the information and was told that he would text me and I would text him back with the model number. Why, I don't know. At any rate, he never texted me so I went down the list to A to Z. I called this number and, low and behold, it was the same guy, berating me for calling him again, although there was no indication that these were branches of a single business. I explained to him the reason for my confusion and offered to give him the model number now. His reply: I DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT! then he hung up on me. Maybe he was having a bad day, but from the comments I've read he apparently has bad days mixed in with the good. So, you may take your chances but as for me, I'm not going to call him ever again hoping for the positive experience that some report. It's not a gamble I'm willing to take.

First of all, the receipt says The Shipping Store and not Postman Joe, but it has the same address…read moreand the same phone number. It is in Sheepshead Bay and not in Brighton Beach. There were 3 guys at the front desk yesterday and when they gave me a price of $26.18 to mail a 1pd 9 oz package by UPS from Brooklyn to Staten Island, not overnight, not express, just standard UPS ground residential, I couldn't believe it. I asked them what their service fee was and not one of them would answer me, and it is not listed separately on the receipt. Then I asked them how much USPS would cost and I was told almost $24 when it is usually around $9 and change there. These prices are outrageous, and I think that we should have the right to know what kind of service fees they are charging us. I would never ever go back there again. Am I allowed to call them thieves?
