Anacapa was immediately responsive, pleasant to deal with, and quickly gave us an acceptable quote. Then, after ordering the units (which took a few days understandably) , they did a great job installing them in less than a day. We can't talk about pricing because we were so frustrated by other contractors not even returning our calls and by the one who ripped us off (Goodland Plumbing by demanding a $150 up front payment for a quote and then never getting back to us with a quote), in the end, we were not in a position to seek out competitive pricing - tired of cold showers. California as Business Code 7159 clearly states they need to both provide an estimate and get a signature for work over $500. They did neither. We have filed a complaint with the California State Licensing Board.

He was willing to send someone out right away, but after all that I canceled the appointment and did not reschedule.
