That pricing was a major selling point and one of the reasons I chose them over other companies at the time. When I recently called to schedule my annual service, I was told the program had been discontinued and I would need to enroll in a new VIP plan at a significantly higher cost ($200+). The new pricing represents a substantial increase from what was originally promised. They stated they attempted to notify customers of the change, but I never agreed to any modification of the original terms. When I asked for documentation showing that the agreement allowed for this change, none was provided. After multiple exchanges, they did not budge and continued to repeat the same generic explanation rather than addressing the core issue of honoring the original agreement. I mean if they are going to promise the LIFE of the unit and then change the policy they should at a minimum give people under the previous plan at least 3-5 years before transitioning just out of fairness, not just cut them off the next year after. It's obviously fine to charge the new price to new customers. Anyway, at no point was there any effort to resolve the situation or offer a reasonable accommodation. I've been around a long time and dealt with many businesses, I've never seen anything like this. Given their otherwise strong reputation and BBB rating, this was particularly disappointing. As a long-term retired military customer who values reliability and transparency when choosing companies to service my home, this experience fell very short. Customers should be aware that long-term pricing commitments will not be honored or grandfathered and replaced with significantly higher-cost programs based on daily business decisions.

But the reason I didn't call their plumbing company is because I started out with this other plumbing company the first time which is MasterCraft Plumbers and this company did a great job for me. I don't like to jump around to another contractor I want to stay loyal with one plumbing company. EAVA Drains there is a slight difference in their prices on the Kitchen Sink Faucet Replacement Service. Abel told me he usually charges the $275.00 to replace this Kitchen Sink Faucet Replacement Service not the $250.00 that Brison from this original Plumbing Company I was doing business with the first time. It's the slight difference in Abel's pricing policy that also changed my opinion. My final decision was made on these factors. MasterCraft Plumbers prices are $25.00 less expensive than EAVA Drains Prices that was quoted to me by Abel the owner for $275.00. I am in a really tight budget with my income currently, if I hired EAVA Drains I will be charged more money for doing the same job at MasterCraft Plumbers. The second thing is I hired this plumbing company first and their plumbing technicians Dillon and Chandler did a great job for me on another project. So I want to stay loyal to them. Otherwise, if I didn't hire this other plumbing company first, I would hire EAVA Drains because their prices are not as high as other plumbing companies.

Their cleanup is spotless. They provide good explanations for all of their recommendations and repair methods. They solve difficult problems with sewer lines, especially cast-iron pipe lines in most homes over 40 years old. Relining the cast iron pipe before it leaks avoids the significant expense of replacing it when it is under the slab of your home. They are lined with a fiberglass sleeve that guarantees the pipe for an additional 20 years. It also replaces the cast iron pipe's jagged, rough surface with a smooth liner that reduces the risk of future clogging. They camera the pipe to identify all problem areas. They also re-camera the pipe after the sleeving to document that the repair has been completed satisfactorily. You get a copy of both videos. It has been a pleasure to work with them on the 3 relining jobs we did together. Kevin O'Rourke was our service technician, and we could not have been happier with his work. All American responded quickly to our call, and Kevin quickly located and capped the leak to prevent further damage. He thoroughly explained our options, from repairing the immediate leak to taking preventive measures to avoid future in-slab leaks. After discussing the pros and cons, we decided to move forward with a downstairs re-pipe to replace any pipes that were in the slab, along with replacing our pressure regulator and several older valves. This was a major project involving rerouting plumbing through the ceilings and walls, but Kevin guided us through every step of the process. He was knowledgeable, patient, professional, and always made sure we understood the work being done. It is rare to immediately trust a service technician you have just met, but we had complete confidence in Kevin and his recommendations throughout the project.
