I will just post the finished picture of my hair when I made it home after 6.5 hours that resulted in NOTHING. My hair was naturally more ombré than it ended up being after they were finished. And the finished hair they gave me, was only a little bit lighter than my natural hair. I was sooo devastated because I had this appointment for 3 weeks and I was so excited for a change. And it didn't look that different to me. If the employees had been nice to me after I told them I didn't really like it, I would give them 2 or 3 stars. But the reason I am taking the time to write this long review, is because they never apologized. They told me that my hair looked "pretty darn close" to the picture I showed them. (It looks even closer to the hair I walked in with) They questioned what I "thought that I saw" in the picture. Well, I saw blonde. And I said blonde. Rude, sassy, people. Also, yes, Lauren, I do know that bleach is supposed to take color out of hair. And OKAY Jaqui. Admit your mistakes and apologize next time, and then maybe you won't get a bad review. :p UPDATE: My previously soft and healthy hair is no more. It's been a couple days now, and after the first shower, I could tell. It is now, not only severely dried out, but hard, stringy, and straw-like. I'm sure you awful people are pleased to hear that. Whatever they used on my hair is not okay. Whether it was the bleach or color or whatever, you need to change it. I know they sprayed something on my hair "to help it DRY faster" while they overly and aggressively blow-dried it. You all should have given ME the $300 for 1) wasting my time, and 2) royally DESTROYING my hair. I'm literally gonna have to get it all chopped off now.
