Extremely disappointed and annoyed I spent $72 for a Brazilian with Cassie (who seemed cold and bored from the moment I was greeted) at the Bristol location for a nickel size length of hair to be left on my inner left labia and told to roll over on my stomach for my ENTIRE CRACK to still have hair once I get home. Now I have to get it fixed so it grows out evenly. Not worth the price for such poor quality service. Cassie to me seemed like she didn't want to wax me at all.. and left patches of hair despite my request for a Brazilian. Also, my skin was not held taught to decrease pain. I will be back, but likely not with Cassie. read more

Extremely disappointing experience! I treated myself to a lash lift because I am going to be in a wedding. Unfortunately, the process made no change to my lashes. I called the salon the next day to let them know that the treatment didn't work, but was told there were no other appointments to have it redone in the next 2 weeks because they were short staffed. My only option was to be put on the cancelation list and to hope an appointment would become available in time. When I asked if I could receive a refund for the service if an appointment did not become available in time, I was told that the company policy is that THEY DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. This statement was reiterated to me by the owner's assistant when I reached out to see if the owner would reconsider her refund policy because of the situation. I wasn't asking for a second lash lift AND a refund. I just wanted the service that I paid for in the time that I needed it done. I didn't need it to be done after the wedding. If it couldn'tbe done in time, I don't feel that a refund is an unreasonable request. I hope this review helps someone else before they lose as much money as I did! read more

I've been to the Kingsport location and had a great experience so was glad to visit the Bristol location which is closer to where I live. On a positive note: the facility was clean and the staff was nice. Unfortunately the Brazilian I received from Cassie was poorly done. There were two large patches of hair left behind on the inner labia. Her technique is frankly not good. The skin was not pulled taut and she did not trim the hair until after she already applied the wax which are huge (painful) mistakes. Her method for removing the butt strips is just flat out wrong because it allows the wax to essentially glue the cheeks together. Ouch. As a licensed esthetician, I've been getting and giving Brazilians for years and this is the first time I've almost left with the wax still on. It was THAT bad. I asked her numerous times if I could help her pull the skin tightly to alleviate pain and make the wax easier to remove and she refused. These are all elementary mistakes. Maybe with experience she will improve. Until then, I will keep getting Brazilians but definitely not with Cassie. read more
