It was in fact cluster lashes, and it stripped my natural lashes after a week. (Yes I signed papers for it so I take ownership that it was my fault. I should've conducted more research.) Then I attempted to book an appointment with Charlemont in Kingsport but never actually got to be seen as they rescheduled my appointment for another client without notifying me. They were apologetic and asked for me to come back a different day. I kindly declined. Finally I found Lindsi Lashes. Both Jessica and Lindsi have worked on my lashes for OVER A YEAR now.
