She's so good in fact, I would cross an ocean, I'd hike a mountain, I would cross state lines...you name it, I'll do it to have her work her magic on my hair. And a claim that my "hair integrity" was paramount according to the owner, but my results were damaged ends and muddy hair color so the "integrity" is just a buzz word for these folks with absolutely NO knowledge of how to maintain hair integrity. No one in this salon has ANY integrity and unfortunately zero talent. They are willing to take your money whether they can achieve your desired results or not. Do your homework and avoid Haven Salon. Was told to go to choose a polish color and go to seat 2 and ended up waiting half an hour. But the nail technician for seat 3 added a liner and filled the basin for me to soak while I waited. That was nice of her. Another nice thing is that you get to enjoy the massage chair the entire time you are seated. My nail technician was the friendly person from seat three. My cousin also choose the candle option and she wanted French tip and no pink on her toes..... the woman who did her toes put pink and I noticed immediately before she had even finished paining her toe and the lady was like no that's your skin my cousin responded kindly my skin is not pink please remove the pink the lady was like it's not pink and I said it is and she got very irritated. We told her before she even finished two toes. The lady gets up comes back with the file to take the pink off and didn't say anything to my cousin after and you could tell by her body language she was irritated and frustrated. Anyways when she used the paint clear that Andrew did you could see the entire difference. Anyways, besides that the pedicures were good. I had my eyebrows done and the sweet woman who did them was so nice and very gentle. I will go back Feedback for management, when people walk in smile say hello how are you today, when someone doesn't like a color don't argue with the customer and tell them it's there skin color when it's not.
