The food is good. I wouldn't dine in though. It's an old Huddle House that's been shoddily modified for more counter space. A decent section of the shore is unlit and corners of the store are littered with miscellaneous storage. Service was prompt but another place making me put $0, rewrite the total and sign a useless piece of paper.

Cashew chicken was NOT as pictured. It came fried like sweet and sour chicken with some "cashew sauce" that tasted like basic gravy

Yes ! Great Wings ! I have been passing this restaurant every day on my way home and have been wondering about the wings. As a wing aficionado I gave in to my curiosity for a take out. In an old Huddle House building it lies by Bobby Jones right off Gordon Hwy. Went in & ordered 6 spicy wings from the nice counter staff. Was told it would be about 10 minutes and it was delivered to my seat with a "thank you" . Way above average size which was a pleaser! Great flavor too! Already planning my next wing attack. Check this place out !

Shrimp fried rice, egg roll, and cream cheese wonton.

I got the Shrimp fried rice, egg roll, and cream cheese wonton. Everything was delicious except for the cream cheese wonton, the bottom of the wrap was not done. I put the cream cheese wonton's in the air fryer for 4 mins and they were much better. I called the order in and it was ready when I got there. The service was just OK. In the inside there is about 5 or 6 Booths for inside dinning...nothing special about it. The next time I'm in Augusta and I've got a craving for Chinese food I'll go back for more. The menu here on yelp is outdated. The menu says small shrimp fried rice is $4.50 (which I thought kinda low) is now $8.95, egg rolls are still $1.50 and the crab cheese is now $4.50.

My absolute favorite in Augusta . The service is good and the food is great. I've tried other spots and they don't compare

General Tso's had way too much breading and little meat. Kung pao chicken was delicious though.

It was ok. Not bad but not great either. The fried rice was better than the sesame chicken.

Came here for lunch and the chicken and soup tasted like detergent. Could be a one off but ruined my lunch. Would not recommend.

DIM SUM | we stopped through Augusta for lunch on our way to Charleston and stumbled upon Meimei's…read moreDim Sum House, which was a pleasant surprise. It was a cold winter day and I just wanted something comforting for lunch. It was quiet but not empty inside Meimei's and we were quickly seated and placed our order. They had dim sum on the menu so we decided to try the dim sum sampler, which came with two steamed pork dumplings, 2 veg crystal dumplings, 2 siu mai and 1 char siu bao. While it could easily feed one, it was also great for sharing. We also ordered an order of lotus leaf sticky rice, fried pork glutinous dumplings, taro custard pastries and a bowl of hot and sour soup. The dim sum sampler was surprisingly pretty. The color of the veg crystal dumplings was one of the most insta-worthy things I've ever seen! The taste of everything was a-ok. Definitely worth a try, though! We loved the fried poor glutinous dumplings - fried to crispy perfection without being overly greasy. And the taro custard pastries were the perfect not too sweet way to end the meal. I was a little disappointed in the lotus leaf sticky rice. The texture was off and flavor was bland. Next time I'm in stopping through Augusta, I'll definitely be back at Meimei's for dim sum!!

This place is probably the only DIm Sum place in Augusta…read more The Dim Sim is very meh. When tasting multiple types of Dim Sum it's mainly the dough wrapped around it feels more overwhelming than the actual meat inside so on average it's about, maybe a 4/10. BUT the most craziest part is their Sizzling Rice soup is probably the one of the few best soups I've had. The broth extremely good being a lot of Sizzling rice soups are very bland this is different. Their desserts are also very good being their Sesame Ball and their Taro Custard is also probably the best and their green tea custard The identify of this place is very wierd because I actually enjoyed more of their soups and other dishes and desserts than their Dim Sum even though it's called the Dim Sum House.
