I drove on freshly painted roads that were not properly blocked off and got white paint all over the passenger side of my car. In a panic I raced over to Cartique Carwash Roswell. I thought it just needed a basic detail, but once they started, they stopped, brought me over, and showed me exactly what they found. The water had soaked all the way through the carpet and padding to the metal floor underneath. They explained everything, showed me photos, and asked for my approval before doing any additional work. I never felt pressured. They removed the rear seats, lifted the carpet, extracted the water, treated the area, and made sure everything was properly dried before putting it back together. I really appreciated their honesty, transparency, and attention to detail. It's rare to find a shop that takes the time to educate you instead of just handing you a bigger bill. If you're looking for a detail shop that truly cares about doing the job right, I highly recommend them. Excellent customer service, professional work, and great communication from start to finish

The guy at the entrance was helpful and explained the differences between different washes. Although the basic wash is a little costlier than other places, we liked that they had some people manually put car soap before it went through the automated wash. Also, the place has many self-vacuum cleaning spots, which is helpful, especially on busy days. They also have cleaning fluids and damp clothes to help with cleaning the car. If you are a car enthusiast and live close by, I would suggest taking their monthly plan and saving a lot of money even when you visit every weekend. Definitely recommended

Imagine my surprise when I realized I had been driving all the way into the city for a full-service hand wash when there was one less than 10 minutes from my house the entire time! If you're visiting for the first time, just know that while it's an emissions station in the front, the car wash services are located around back. That's where you'll find the pricing and service options. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful from start to finish. I opted for the full interior and exterior detail, which included vacuuming and all the finishing touches. It came to $55, and honestly, my car was long overdue for some TLC, so it was money well spent. The process was simple and efficient. I left my keys in the car, handed over my ticket, paid inside, and waited for everything to be finished. The gentleman working the register was very welcoming and invited me to relax inside while they worked on my car, which I really appreciated. When they were finished, my car looked fantastic. They paid attention to the little details and cleaned areas that are usually difficult to get spotless on your own. While $55 may seem a little expensive at first glance, the quality of the work absolutely justified the price. I'm so happy I discovered this place. Finding a quality hand car wash this close to home feels like finding a hidden gem, and I'll definitely be back the next time my car needs a little extra love.

When I asked the manager for a refund so I could go to another location, I was told the vacuums are "included with the wash" and no refund could be given. I paid $30 and still left with water spots and an unfinished clean because I couldn't access a vacuum or wipe-down area.
