Great experience. She took the time to pin down just the right prescription for my changing vision.

Bella Wolf did my cataract surgery, and she is absolutely outstanding. As is everyone I've been in…read morecontact with here. I also had two appointments with Sofia Ribolla, and she is excellent as well. On all the occasions I've come in to see Dr. Wolf, I've never been kept waiting. I would not hesitate to return here for anything. This is an outstanding and well coordinated operation. (I left my previous ophthamologist to come here, and I'm glad I did.)

The doctors are great. But you wait and wait and wait until you realize you'll never get this time…read more back waiting to be up charged on digital scans of your eyeballs to avoid dilation drops for only $60! They don't even throw in a set of ginzu knives! The front desk can't be bothered. The people who run the tests and help you prior to seeing the doctor are hustling. Customer service is poor. The eyeglass/frame retail store connected is criminally expensive it's laughable. And the customer service is inconsistent there but I've clocked that if I'm dressed nicely I get service. If I'm in my workout clothes forget it. So as I write this review I've lost all feeling in my gluteus just waiting. We had a 2:55 appointment and it's now 4:15 and we JUST got seated in the exam room. Still waiting to be seen...

HOW TO LOSE A HIGH KPI CUSTOMER IN 5 SECONDS: Hostile staff and dismissive management…read more Because this location is right by my apartment I walked in fully prepared to purchase a pair of glasses out-of-pocket. I wasn't even in the store for five seconds before realizing how unprofessional the staff is. Upon arrival, the front desk associate was busy working with her back turned. Before she even had the chance to turn around and greet me a woman in a white medical coat made a visibly irritated face at me for simply standing there. She then barked "Can I help you?" with an unprovoked/hostile tone. Refusing to waste my time or give my money to people who treat potential clients like a nuisance I turned right around and left. Hoping to address the behavior, I called to speak with the practice manager-who turned out to be the same associate who was working at the front desk. Instead of addressing her colleague's blatantly bad attitude her excuse was that she "didn't see much" as her back was turned followed by a patronizing "I'm so sorry you feel that way." Free advice for the practice manager: Telling a customer "sorry you feel that way" isn't de-escalation; it's a lazy brush off and a refusal to take responsibility for how customers are treated. You lost an easy sale today and I'll be taking my business to a practice that actually understands basic customer service. Save yourself the frustration and go literally anywhere else
