Juan was professional and honest throughout our interactions…read more Upon initial inspection, he took the time to walk through the issues with our ducting and informed us we need to replace the ducts, but still went as far as cleaning the grills and furnace for us. Although we decided to search for another company due to need for asbestos abatement, I would highly recommend ABC if anyone is looking for duct cleaning.

I had an amazing experience with this company and couldn't be happier with the service I received…read more I originally reached out because I've been dealing with rashes all over my body that only seemed to happen when I was at home. I suspected the air vents might be contributing to the problem. Fidel took the time to thoroughly explain how cleaning only one section of the HVAC system wouldn't actually solve the issue because the dust and debris would simply be pushed into other parts of the system. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and honest, and his explanation made perfect sense. Fidel and Licho were both professional, respectful, punctual, and extremely thorough. They took great care in cleaning the areas that needed attention, especially the room that had been affecting me the most. They even showed me the condition of the vents, which confirmed what I had suspected all along. Their attention to detail, transparency, and genuine care for doing the job right really stood out. They left everything clean and treated my home with respect throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and high-quality air duct cleaning services. Thank you to Juan, Fidel, and Licho for the outstanding work! I will definitely be contacting them again to clean the rest of my house.

Follow up review after my initial review of the installation…read more Had my first service call after the installation about 3 years ago. Blower motor committed suicide as it is very unusual for a blower motor to die prematurely. We dont use the fan/AC/heat that often. Regardless, I called and requested a tech. Citalli Soria showed up within a few hours. Citlalli was wonderful. She was pleasant, answered all my questions clearly, knowledgeable and professional. I'm a mechanical engineer, so my questions were technical. She's definitely a keeper for you guys. Her attitude shows that she enjoy her job! You can't find people who enjoy their job anymore. I definitely want her back to be the tech to replace my defective blower motor! Please ensure that happens.

We highly recommend George as he is helped my wife and I several times with our washer and dryer…read more He is the most honest and kind handyman we have ever used. Today instead of taking our money to do very costly repair that would of been 40-60% of the washer cost, he was honest and recommended we just buy a new one because the issue would likely happen again shortly after the repair. We appreciated his honesty and clarity on the issue. We have had others in the past just take our money so we are grateful for George. Highly recommend him. We will always use him moving forward.

I can't recommend this JW Mitchell Heating and Air Condition company enough! After another company…read moretold us our heater was broken and that we needed to replace the entire system, we decided to get a second opinion--and we're so glad we did. We were previously quoted over $20,000 for a brand-new heating and AC system, but thanks to JW Mitchell Heating and Air Conditioning their expertise, we avoided an unnecessary replacement. It's refreshing to find a company that values honesty and takes the time to properly diagnose the problem instead of immediately recommending the most expensive option. They quickly diagnosed the issue and had our heater working again within minutes. Their technician was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, honest, and respectful throughout the entire visit. If you're looking for an HVAC company you can trust, this is the one. Thank you for getting our heat back on and saving us thousands of dollars!

Very disappointed with my experience…read more The service call started off well, but quickly became uncomfortable. The technician told me that the part needed to repair my unit was not available from the manufacturer. I checked the manufacturer's website myself and found the part listed as available. I was also told the part would cost over $5,000, plus labor. However, the same part was listed on the manufacturer's website for around $1,500. I completely understand that HVAC companies need to mark up parts and make a profit, but more than tripling the price seems excessive. When I questioned the availability, I was told that because it was Saturday, they couldn't confirm anything. I was essentially told to pay the diagnostic fee, accept that I had a non-working unit, and that there wasn't a repair solution as they don't like the brand I have and did not want to quote the part or repair. I wish they kept their word and said the diagnostic fee would go to the repair cost. What bothered me most was that the conversation then shifted toward pressuring me to purchase an entirely new system. When a repair part appears to be available directly from the manufacturer, being told it isn't available and then being pushed toward a full system replacement does not inspire confidence. The appointment started off great, and I was hopeful they would be a company I could trust. Unfortunately, by the end of the visit, I felt very uncomfortable with the information and pricing I was given. I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion and independently checking part availability and pricing before agreeing to a major repair or full system replacement with this company.
