When I visited recently, I was greeted, but not offered assistance. The lady at the counter was having a conversation with a friend-I could tell she was fun and I'd love to talk to her, but didn't want to interrupt. When we went to the counter with our purchase, the friend left and the woman started chatting with us. She was cheerful and friendly and seemed to appreciate the business. If she had offered assistance when we got there, we likely would have bought more. There were a few items we were looking at and would have liked to understand how they worked, etc. But we didn't want to interrupt her, so bought just the one item. The shoe selection here is fabulous! There were several pair that I loved-they were relatively conservative for a store like this. I you're not looking for adult items, but want some amazing vintage style shoes, at least stop by for those!

They even have an impressive shoe department that doesn't only have sports shoes and hiking boots, but work shoes and boots as well. The full firearm counter and great selection of fishing supplies keeps me coming back. I also buy my work boots there. The boots are as good as they get and the price is even better. Make sure and get on their email list for lots of great specials in addition to their regular ads. There are larger sporting good stores in Provo but Big 5 is home town themed and their service is top notch. Their staff is well trained and knowledgeable and the store manager will bend over backwards to help you with whatever you need.

She really knows what she's doing with angles, lighting, framing, and body positioning. Kara also added a special touch by providing a brief Oracle reading at the end of my session, and the content felt relevant and inspiring. I bought the dress in the pictures for $48. I am 6' tall and it came well below my knees so it was a midi length. It was a little bit big on me so I washed and dried the dress once thinking maybe it would shrink an inch but it shrunk significantly. It is now more like mid-thigh length. No exaggeration. I took the dress in to the store to explain what happened. I explained that I didn't have my receipt because the dress had fit great and I took the tag off and threw the receipt away. She said it was no problem because she could look me up by my phone number. The problem with that is that when I originally purchased the dress I wasn't asked for my phone number. So, when she went to look me up in her system I didn't show up. I had my bank statement proving my purchase but she said there was nothing she could do. No refund, no exchange, no store credit. I called the next day to speak with a manager. The manager wasn't in but the girl working said she would take down my name and number and have the manager call me. The manager never called. Myself, and the people I show these pictures to are BLOWN AWAY at the poor quality of this dress and how much it shrunk. I'm also blown away at how little the employees and manager were willing to do to make this situation right by me. Do NOT shop at Bella Ella!!!

There were colorful shoes, shirts, belts; ect.we looked at all the amazing apparel in the store. The first thing that really caught my eye was a belt. It was black leather with bullets on it. (But don't worry they weren't real bullets). I wanted it so bad, but my dad said I couldn't get it. The only bad thing about Hot Topic is the location. I went here a while ago but now there isn't one in the Provo mall any more. Now it's in Orem. We left the store. We looked around for a while but we didn't find any store liked like Hot Topic. Hot Topic is a large store. This store is really only for tweens and teens. Hot Topic has great prices for their clothes and shoes. A tee-shirt costs only a few dollars. These products are fantastic quality and very colorful. Hot topic sells all sorts of items but around Halloween Hot Topic sells costumes. I love this store because it's the only place that I could find that sells belts with real looking fake bullets these products last a long time. This store is fantastic. These products are great and colorful .They have great brands and styles. It's cheap and very interesting. There are great items and the store is very inviting. Hot topic is a great place to hang out with your friends. It's in the Orem mall in Orem. You won't find anything like it. Hot topic is open from morning to night. This store is awesome. I go to Hot Topic every time my dad will take me. Most of my clothes that I wear are from hot topic. There super comfortable and stylish. You've got to go to Hot Topic when you get the chance. I've seen a million Zumiezes, and I've rocked them all…read more Well, almost. I've been to Utah Zumiezes at Fashion Place in Murray, Valley Fair in WVC, University in Orem, The Gateway in downtown SLC, Newgate in Ogden, Layton Hills, Cache Valley in Logan, the Park City Outlets store, the Outlets at Traverse Mountain store, The District in South Jordan, and South Town in Sandy. Now I can add the Provo Town Centre to my list. This tells me two things. One, Orange Julius is probably quaking in its boots as King of the Malls. Two, people REALLY like what Zumiez has to offer. I definitely get the snowboard element being we're so close to the mountain resorts. Zumiez has a great collection of boots, shop bindings, kits, tools, and snowboards. I think it really is geared toward the teenage badass: Get your snowboarding gear, and stay for the other awesome shirts, shoes, hoodies, flannels, jackets, sunglasses, jeans, and pants. The boldest part of their fashions (in my opinion) is the significant amount of Vans shoes and apparel. Yes, Zumiez is packed with skateboards and longboards (and the boarding crowd loves Vans), but a lot of the malls with Zumiez stores ALSO have a Vans store. I don't see a lot of redundancy, so I guess the thinking is you can never have enough Vans. As a wearer of their shoes, I tend to agree. So are their differences between stores? They are almost identical in some ways, like having a back area with tons of colorful skateboards and couches for lounging. This Zumeiz seems to be smaller and with a little less merch than in my personal fave (The Gateway). Still, I never met a Zumiez I didn't like. And I'm sure their are some rebellious teens who feel the same way.
