I've been using this service for 4 months now and I cannot say anything bad about the company. They're extremely easy to work with for scheduling cleanings and ensuring my airbnb reviews are consistently 5 stars. The service team will take pictures of the house the moment they arrive and report any damages left by my guests. And then follow up with post-cleaning pictures to ensure my airbnb is ready for the next set of guests to check in. The team is very thorough from the get-go, they'll send you a questionnaire about how the house is setup from accessing the storage room to how you would like it to be set up for each cleaning, such as how many toilet paper rolls to leave out for guests, or tide pods, etc. Whether you doing a move-in/move-out cleaning or routine vacation rental cleaning in the south florida area, this is the service I'd pick and recommend to others.

I used to ask and confirm that Jenny would be coming to clean, but I got very busy this month and forgot to ask. Thankfully I found another cleaning service that is more communicative.

During the process, they removed (and later replaced) the outer screens, to get to the glass. I do recommend that you ask them to pick a day when they can start early enough to finish the job in the daylight. Dear Mike's Window Cleaning,…read more I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the window cleaning appointment that was scheduled and confirmed for today (5-22-26) between 4:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. A few days ago, we scheduled this appointment, and earlier today you personally followed up to confirm that you would be coming. However, as of 6:06 p.m., I have not received any communication from you explaining the delay, requesting to reschedule, or even extending the courtesy of a phone call or text message. I understand that unexpected situations arise, and I would have appreciated simple communication--even a brief message stating that you were delayed or needed to reschedule. Unfortunately, the lack of professionalism and failure to respond to my text messages has been extremely disappointing. My time is valuable, and I made arrangements based on your confirmed commitment. Because of this experience, I no longer feel confident in recommending your business to others. I believe good customer service begins with respect for a customer's time and communication, and regrettably, that did not occur today.

I expected the level of service and quality of cleaning to be exemplary - and it was. Really; better than anticipated. Their employees were professional; wore masks, very polite, wore booties in the house, careful with a broken screen, respectful of our interiors, texted they were on their way, arrived on time to the minute, etc. Another expectation was they'd be expensive. However, I was wrong. Their price was $140 less than we guessed and expected ahead of time. My wife and I are delighted with everything about Window Gang, and we will highly recommend them to friends; happy to recommend them on Yelp too.
