Heads up!! If your car has been in a collision or has a dent or a ding, SUPERL AUTOBODY is the place to go!!! I unfortunately was hit when someone ran a stop sign two week ago. My insurance company recommended SUPERL and I've heard their great reputation so I called them. I brought the car in the next day and Ernie who works in the office was extremely warm, friendly and helpful. He took photos of my car, explained how everything works with the insurance and accidents and made me feel comfortable. By the time I left, I knew I would only be laying out my deductible and that my insurance company would be fixing my car. I also met George, the owner of SUPERL, who also made me feel so comfortable that my car was going to be fixed right! Ernie called the car rental company approved by my insurance and they picked me up at his door. So easy!!! I could breathe again! Yesterday, I picked up my car. It's PERFECT!!! I am so happy! As you can see, the beautiful shiny finish is reflecting the shrubbery next to the car! My car looks brand new and it's 11! I highly, HIGHLY recommend SUPERL AUTOBODY!!! Go there! The shop is not good at communicating or scheduling. They called expecting my car before ever sending an estimate, then proceed to make an estimate on the phone for 30 seconds then told me to bring the car in now. It was the most vague estimate with nothing on it. They just wanted to get the car. After this I brought my car to other body shops, which actually took the time to give real estimates and plan which days work to bring the car in. read more

I had a repair not covered by insurance, and George (the owner) gave me an estimate that was below two others I got. The job was completed in 4 days, and looked great! The paint matched well, and the replacement parts fit perfectly. It could have been done quicker, but there was a delay in getting the after-market replacement parts. read more

Took my car here for some body damage on Monday, they took pictures and submitted to insurance company who approved the repair and provided the amount they would pay - but I didn't know that until I called on Friday to ask if he had submitted to my insurance. He said he forgot and to call him Monday afternoon to see if he could get a bumper - called multiple times Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, left multiple voicemail messages, never got a call back. Had to call insurance company and ask them not to pay him, to pay me. It's fine is he couldn't or didn't want to do the job, but be professional, return the call and say you can't do the job. He held me up 2 weeks when I could have gone elsewhere and had my car repaired in a timely manner. read more

Can't really comment on any job they did for me as they refused to do the refinish work on my 97 M-Edition Miata. Shop seems clean, and there were a number of high end cars being worked on, including an Aston Martin with a current tab somewhere north of $26,000. I was told to go to Maaco or Affordable which to me was a bit insulting. Not that I have anything against those shops, but I'm not looking for a bargain reap ray. I want top-notch results for my car, and I'm willing to pay for it as long as it done right. read more

My car was hit while it was parked in a parking spot, causing a lot of damage to the driver's side door and the driver's side back seat door. The driver of the car that caused the accident's insurance company gave us a choice of 3 locations to get our car fixed. We looked at 2 of them and decided to go with Superl Autobody Shop. The car insurance carrier made all of the arrangements and George, the owner of Superl Autobody, called us to make an appointment to bring our car in for the necessary repairs. We brought our car in to Superl Autobody on October 27, 2020 and it was ready for pickup on November 4, 2020. We had a car rental while our car was in Superl Autobody and when we pulled up to the store front we didn't even realize we were parked next to our own car! We met with George and he took us to our car and it looked like a brand new car! Superl Autobody Shop did a great job with getting an estimate to the car insurance company the next day after we brought our car in and they estimated when it would be ready and it was ready on time. The car looked brand new and it drives really well! George made sure we were really happy with the work that was done and we were very happy with it. George is really nice, efficient, knowledgeable and great attention to detail! I would definitely bring my car back to Superl Autobody for any future body work that may need to be done. I've brought multiple vehicles to Superl and have recommended to numerous others. I recently helped an amputee friend who's specially-modified van was hit by another vehicle, and had the vehicle taken to Superl. Body work came out flawless as usual, but there were some unforeseen issues with the suspension that caused a delay. My friend really depends on this van as his only way to get around and had family in town for the holidays. George and Steve bent over backwards to get the extra repairs done after hours on a Saturday and had the van ready for pickup with time to spare on the weekend. Thank you! read more

I was referred to Superl via the mechanic of the women who banged up my car's rear end, and paid for it (how's that for good fortune?). They did an excellent job, my almost brand new car (2500 miles) looks as good as new. The price was fair, even if I had been paying for it :-).
