The worst place to take your vehicle if you have had a bad accident. Terrible service and will not fully repair your car. Missed obvious issues and tried to down play them. Paul incompetent when it come to managing and making sure service was done correctly. Also he is not open to hearing any of your concerns unWaisted hours and hours of my time and in the end couldn't make obvious repairs that were needed. The photos below are what they told me they were unable to see what needed repairs and didn't know the source of the knock while turning. They indicate a bent control arm and damaged front axle. Great experience here! Someone hit my rear bumper and I was referred here by my insurance company. This was my first time using this facility and I'm happy to report they did an outstanding job. Recently, my son was in a terrible accident and unfortunately had to have his vehicle towed. His insurance company Had his Honda towed to master auto body in Boynton Beach Florida. When I arrived, they are handling COVID-19 seriously and taking multiple measures to provide a safe environment for everyone; employees and customers! I had to sign a document as I was picking up items from my sons vehicle and than I was allowed to get the items out of his car. Dennis, the owner, escorted ne to the car, and was so kind he immediately took off the liucense plate without me having to ask for assistance! He also was super helpful and assisted me with the seat covers I just purchased my son for Christmas 2 months ago. THat was not easy at all, but Dennis did it without any hesitation. To me its the little things that go along way! While there, I checked out the shop, from a distanace outside, as it is a safety hazard to cross into the shop. And the employees all seemed to work together very efficently and without any complaints. Most repair shops can be very dirty and loud. But at Master Autobody, everything seemed so completely smooth and professional, it was such a nice change. THe lot was completely FULL, which tells me that they have ALOT of business. (I'm sure they look forward to helping new customers out with there needed or wanted BODY WORK! The building was HUGE! And Dennis and the other employees I spoke to, regarding where the office wsa and so forth, were all so kind and helpful! This shop was nicely tucked away right off of Congree, and I never would have known it was back there! But now tht I have found this place, I will actually go here if I ever need any body work on my cars. Selsom do you find someone willing to go out of there way to help someone out. And Dennis did that for me. He went out of his way to help me out. When he could have simply shown me the car and left. So, if you need a Body man to get out those dents, or soup up your fastback with a new paint job, GIVE MASTER AUTOBODY your business!!! A few years ago I was involved in a minor auto accident. Had my car repaired at another shop, and was told some things couldn't be fixed. I was not happy, but let it go. The other day I decided to see if it could be fixed and remembered that Master Auto body did a wonderful job fixing my mother's car after a serious accident several years ago, they were very patient with her too. I'm a bit surprised by the couple of pretty harsh reviews for Master Auto Body. When I recently needed some body work done on my car I asked some mechanic friends and these guys came highly recommended. I didn't even check Yelp. Frankly, I'm glad I didn't because I may not have gone to them. Long story short, they did an awesome job for me and the service was 1st rate. The clear coat and paint blending they did is amazing and my car looks factory new! These guys even have Enterprise onsite for a rental which was definitely convenient for me. I dropped off my car and was on the road again in a rental in about 20 minutes. When I picked it up 5 days later at 7:30 a.m. I was painlessly out the door in less than 10 minutes. I give Master Auto Body 2 thumbs up and (even though I hope I won't have to) I would absolutely use them again. read more

I took my truck in to have some work done on the left rear quarter panel and front bumper which they had the truck for about 2 weeks. When I first received it back it had spoty dimples in the repaired area, they stopped the paint at the plastic bed trim instead of the seam on top like they should have. The front bumper trim was falling out when i got home so i had to fix that. The grill was missing bolts, the grill had a large chip taken out of the top due to them being careless, they painted over the wheel well bolts that were suppose to be black, they scratched the cab between the bed and cab area, they didnt finish the paint on the bed between the bed and cab area after they sanded it, the front seat and rear seat area had hand prints all over. When I contacted Robin Turner we reviewed everything when I took the truck back to them. He took pictures and marked the areas. Scheduled to be dropped off again. When I picked it up the second time after them now having it for a week, the clear coat was too heavy causing poly urethane wave in the qurter panel and the paint looked like a different color because of the heavy clear coat application,overspray all over the back window, bolts still missing in the grill, the top of rear quarter still not finished on top, the front box area still not clear coated but painted, the rear quarter at the tailgate area not finished, severly bad swirls all through the truck from them buffing the truck. This truck never had a buffer on it always hand washed. When i discussed it with Robin he started retalliating and stated we are not going to fight about this in a nasty tone with my wife standing right there. I left because my blood pressure skyrocketed at that point. I contacted Paul Boutelle the manager the next day and discussed everything with him, he said everything would be taken care of so dropped truck off again for about another week. This time when picked up swirls marks still in truck all over, now the front grill has overspray all over and the hood has a sloppy patch job because they chipped the hood. Paul tried to say the chip was there, if that was the case why was it not there when the truck was dropped off the several times it was dropped off? I assure you they marked any scratches or chips when dropped off and never marked that one down and I went over the truck before dropping it off because i know the truck like the back of my hand, it was not there. He also instructed to use a compound to remove the overspray. Very horrible experience. Family has been taking their vehicles to them for years. I promise never again. Most horrible experience I have ever had in my life. I should have taken the truck to the dealership in the first place i never would have had these issues. Very discusted and will never reccomemd anyone to them again and will always give bad reviews when i can. read more

I was doing a long drive and I realized that my tires were worn too thin. I drove in to Master Auto Body for an estimate on replacing them. They told me that although that is not their primary business, they would help me out. I received 2 quotes from them, one for a pair of off-brand tires and one for a better set. I went with their recommendations to replaced them with the better ones. They took my car from me and, since it was near closing time, waited with me until my car was ready. Then, to save me time, he took me to where they were doing my tires so I could leave from there. Extremely friendly, great service, VERY reasonable pricing. As I know nothing about cars, I felt very comfortable with the advice I was given, and the totally "hassle" free experience. It really was like a concierge service. If ever I need any body work, although I am in Broward county, I will find a way to get my car to Boynton so they could do the work. They really are THAT good! read more

Master Auto Body has significant management and front office staff problems. The office staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. The reception clerk would do nothing at all to be helpful in addressing insurance requirements and the management was not at all interested in addressing any of the problems. There was absolutely no customer service and the manager and office staff were extremely rude, Unfortunately, that is what happens sometimes when you have a family owned business and no accountability. Wouldn't recommend for anyone to use this service. Management is extremely rude and the counter girl gave me very bad attitude on the phone after informing me the rental car would be an out of pocket cost. I told her I didn't even request a rental car and she said verbatim, "okay good then why you worrying about it for." Meanwhile, she was the one that brought up the situation in the first place. This all came following three (3) separate trips to retrieve my car as they do not accept Visa card over $1,000. So I had to get a cashiers check from Publix after they refused to take me card. They then refused the cashiers check for the exact amount because it could be "fraudulent" and they needed a bank check. I went and got the bank check and finally got my car after the third attempt. This establishment was VERY rude to me as a customer spending over $3,000 to get my car repaired and the best part you may ask? They didn't even use OEM parts for my vehicle! Their was a noticeable gap in the bodywork where they did the repair and when I asked for the inspector to speak with me, I was informed that it was normal to not be a 100% fit and that he was positive the dealership where I lease my car wouldn't say anything. All-in-all, the cost was outrageous, the work was very below average, and the customer service was atrocious. I urge everyone to avoid to establishment like the plague and bring your car somewhere more reputable. read more

Had some front end damage to our 2011 Nissan Cube. We checked with State Farm and Master Auto Body was on the approved list. We called and got an appointment. Robin was very professional and made sure all our concerns were answered. We picked it up this am and found it better than new!. They replaced the front bumper, tire and steel wheel. However experience is so much less stressful when you have a collision shop that takes care of every detail from dealing with the insurance, setting up a rental car, and making sure your car is repaired quickly and properly. Disorganized, unhelpful would not recommend. With so many shops to choose from, I would suggest they treat costumers better. Looks like the only way this shop survives is via Allstate and Geico as they have an adjoining office. Don't let them pressure you into using this shop. read more
