After scheduling two months worth of PT, the very next day one of their staff calls telling me that they no longer accept my insurance! Typical. America the "GRATE" sucks too. So I have to go back to my PCP. (A child that they gave a certificate to, but has to get an "okay" from anybody else before doing ANYTHING at all!). I have to wait for them to refer me to somebody else. It's all a waiting game. By the time I get another referral to another QUACK, and this idiot is worse than the first one... I could have driven to Tj and back and gotten healed already!!!!! Then V.O. Calls me back, telling me that the clinic doesn't accept my insurance, but Dr. G does, and he would like to continue w/ my treatment. Great. We make an appointment. We keep the appointment . Only to be told, by the Dr. himself, that they are no longer going to see/treat me, due to the insurance mess! Those of you who are dumb enough to even call this place, don't say you weren't warned. I had my right knee done three years ago by Dr. Ballard, and the recovery was so easy and the results so impressive, that I was actually looking forward to this procedure. This surgery was the easiest I have ever had. Surgery was at 2:30 and at 4:30 I woke up, got dressed, and went home. The next two days I used crutches just to be sure, but my knee already felt better than it did before the surgery. Virtually no pain after the procedure.
