On the positive side, the service was very friendly and welcoming, and the outdoor patio was a really nice setting. Overall, this was a 3.5-star experience for us. Since half stars aren't an option, we're rounding down to 3 rather than up to 4 because the cheeseburger--the main reason we came here--was such a disappointment.

Everything was served separately on the plate, which made it harder to eat and less flavorful compared to the crepe place in the village, where everything is layered on the toast. It might have been better if it came pre-assembled, given you're already using a fork and knife. At $30 CAD ($21 USD), the avocado toast felt a bit steep for what you get, but it was still a decent experience. No biggee. When we realize it is, we told them we didn't want sweetened iced tea and didn't touch it, but then our server gave awkward attitude when we asked (very politely) to have it removed from the bill. Is that not common sense? We asked for a box and after nearly 10 minutes went to check what happened...our server forgot. Maybe she didn't care to put in any effort because of the mandatory 20 percent tip charge for parties over 6 ppl. This would be fine if the service was near acceptable, or even if the service existed at all after dropping off our food. This place is a waste time, money, and your opportunity to try the businesses that actually deserve your patronage.
