a pizza in a pizza box

Pizza is pretty good. The sauce is very flavorful. We got the thin crust and it had major flop, no biggy but just need to report on the under carriage. The staff that worked there was chatting it up with me over college football so that was fun. The antipasto salad was Muy bueno . The dressing on this was phenomenal and we will always order this when we get their za. We'll get it again, probably during football Sundays

Not going to lie, the cow mascot that they currently have dancing in front of this place got our attention! It's tucked away in a tiny strip mall-ish place so easy to miss but I would recommend making the trip! Delivery, take out, or dine in. Their hand tossed crust is delectable, not too thick and very flavorful. For me, the crust is what makes the pizza! They have specialty za's or you can create your own. We also got the boneless wings, they were extremely small which was our only disappointment. 6 bite size wings for 6.99$ but the sauce was amazing (we got garlic Alfredo and buffalo, but there are many options) and they were cooked well. The best part for us take out diners was the ease of ordering online, extremely fast and easy to navigate their menu. We will be back again

Good pizza, quality place Prices are a little high. To add a topping it's $1.89! That is quite high. The place has a few tables and an inviting atmosphere. Workers were very friendly. The place has wings, pizza and more. They also offer over 50 different craft beers, which many beer lovers will appreciate! The place would benefit with a little more advertising and word of mouth!

"Lotza Meatza" and it iz! Awesome, huge chunks of Italian sausage, crispy pepperoni and bacon, and ham top this meat-lovers' pie!

Downtown Pizza's new Thiensville location just opened and its got a really fun, seat yourself atmosphere to accommodate 30~ people or so. Grab a booth or table and check out the menu at your own pace. When you're ready, order up front; the only problem is, you pay at the time of your order which makes deciding on a tip and charging future beers a little sketchy. Service was very good, however. Speaking of beers, they have a nice selection of bottles and cans for a small location but the only option, so far, is drink it from the vessel which isn't optimal for craft, or a copper mug which isn't much better. I hope to see pint glasses in the future. The wonton-wrapped mozzarella sticks were delicious as is their pizza, though a little on the pricy side. Two beers, the app, and the small size pizza ran my wife and I nearly $50 with tip; a bit expensive for a quick pizza evening, especially since the whole restaurant is self-serve. Your dishes go in back where you can also find napkins and silverware as well as to-go boxes. Delivery is currently "limited" - based on the capacity at the time of the order. I love the pizza and the atmosphere but I'm a little more interested in either picking up or delivery.

Its a handmade decoration using an old gumball machine with air plants inside.

Second time ordering from here. The pizza was ok, better in the area. Garlic bread was good. Eggplant fries were mushy and not seasoned.

Looks good, smells odd, tastes bland. Not a fan of their deep dish or hand tossed. Mozzarella sticks decent.

Bartender Kayla, (owner's daughter) has always been pleasant. This past Sunday 9/28/25 we stopped in for a drink at 5:30 after attending a Celebration of Life for a friend. We got a chilly reception, seeing as they were closing soon we were told The KITCHEN was Closed! We both ordered a scotch and club soda. Both of us said it didn't taste right. They were very faint in color and taste. When we mentioned to the owner, she got defensive and claimed "I've never been accused of pouring a short drink!" We didn't say she did. She then took our drinks and poured them in the sink saying "We're Done Here!". My husband & I looked at each and said "Let's go." that's when the owner said "I Think So! We then left! I can't believe the way we were treated! To treat your customers with such Disregard! The scotch didn't look right or taste right. Could be that it sits in the window with the sun beating down on it everyday or possibly it's watered down? Don't know. What I DO KNOW is we won't be going back!

A reply would have been respectful and could have helped me understand why food was horrible. First I'd like to say setting up reservation for Easter, service and the restaurant-bar was great. We had expectations of a menu because there was no advertising about a buffet. When we called and made reservations nothing was said about a buffet at all. So the 4 of us were disappointed. I would normally go straight to yelp and put a review in, but I thought I'd contact you with my concerns first and see your reply because mistakes do happen. The buffet itself was very disappointing. Salty over crisp bacon, tough overcooked prime rib, desserts tasted like they had freezer burn, chicken was dry, shrimp were warm and selection for 30 dollars was ridiculous. I do have to say the Bloody Marys, coffee, potatoes were good. Our waitress was fantastic and I was impressed with how clean everything was. The fact that we made special plans for Easter and had a friend in town from California we wanted to take her somewhere special really upset me. She actually told the waitress not to waste the overcooked beef she couldn't eat, but to give to someone's dog so it didn't go to waste. I've done bigger buffets myself and prime rib could have been sliced at omelet station. I will leave it at that. Thank you for reading and I hope you take this in consideration because you have a fantastic establishment with an awesome view with great staff.

This last time, we got the 50 piece whole wings ($58.99) and 34 piece legs and thighs ($47.99). Enough to feed 20 people. With this order, we got 7 little packets of coleslaw. Hubby keeps picking up and forgetting to check, but we really needed more coleslaw. They also forgot bread. But a lot of hot sauce. One time, we got the 15 piece whole wings and 8 piece legs and thighs. It was plenty to feed two men and one gal with big appetites. Should be plenty for 4 people with big appetites, with leftovers. I generally get a lot so we can have leftovers. **On many occasions, they forget to pack coleslaw and bread. Check! 7/2024- Fried gizzard on this last pick up order. A+! Notes: - fried whole wings - deliciously golden, not too salty. They are whole wings, in 3 sections, which is nice if you like the wing tip area like I do. - potato wedges - these are more expensive than regular fries, but there's no Merrit in paying the extra. Regular fries are pretty good, and the wedges are subpar. - don't get lost. They are located right on the corner of Teutonia and Good Hope, inside the gas station. (and don't get gas here - it's cheaper just down the street)

One kid ordered a BBQ chicken wrap without the BBQ sauce or tomatoes and got fries for the side, my wife and other kid split a half pepperoni and half cheese pizza, and I got a Caesar chicken wrap with sour cream cheddar cheese tater tots for my side. We also got mozzarella sticks and wings with a sweet and sassy BBQ sauce. The mozzarella sticks were Italian breaded, which I like. They tasted good, but $9.50 for seven sticks that are on the smaller side is a bit much. The wings, however, were great. Decent size and you get 10 of them for $12. The older kid that didn't want BBQ sauce in his wrap ended up enjoying two of the wings, which has a subtle kick to the sauce. We'd get these again. The pizza had a little too much sauce, but it wasn't hard for my wife to scrape off some of it. She and the younger kid both like the pizza, which is good because the younger one can be quite picky at times. Both the older kid and I enjoyed our wraps. I thought mine in particular had a good amount of really crunchy chicken. He liked his fries even though I thought the one I tried was a little bland. I appreciate that the tots seemed homemade, but I really didn't taste the cheddar or the chive, so I probably wouldn't get those again for the $5 up charge.
